  1. He’s too small/slow against a defense line this. He’s a 5-7 touch guy. Moss can get the tough yards we need if he doesn’t fumble.
  2. Yep. 1 trick pony. And we finally try a quick hitter over the middle to our only receiving option big enough to not get blown up over the middle and it’s to butterfingers Knox.
  3. Our chain movers are too small against a physical defense. Don’t have a RB or TE worth a damn.
  4. We need a RB who can break a tackle. There’s 5-6 yards there on every play if we had a RB who was big and fast enough to break through the line when their DLine is getting upfield.
  5. I hate the fact that we can’t run the ball with our RB’s and it opens up our franchise QB to hits, but we have to run Josh on designed runs to keep their pass rushers honest.
  6. This is the game where it looks like not having a bigger physical RB and TE that can move the chains is gonna hurt us.
  7. Can’t be a 1 trick pony. Gotta grind it out on ground if they’re doubling all our WR’s.
  8. Completely bizarre clock management by New Orleans. Maybe Payton is an evil genius and will end up landing Wentz after letting Eagles win and Hurts now probably starts rest of way.
  9. As much as I can’t stand them and think they’re a bunch of cheaters, they’re too well run and will do whatever it takes including cheating to find a way to win. this year is most likely a blip for them.
  10. Would have to be a Brock Osweiler deal. Philly gonna have to send probably 1st or 2nd rounder with Wentz for somebody to pick up his contract.
  11. Hit him with your purse! Pathetic effort by 25 on the cowboys.
  12. NFL defenses gotta re-think how they defend Hail Mary’s. You gotta send more than 3 after the QB. There’s no point of having 5 guys in the end zone when WR’s can just out-jump them all. I think you have a LB delay blitz so the QB can’t wait for his WR’s to get downfield then step into a 50-60 yard pass.
  13. How does McCarthy survive this year? They look so poorly coached. And he just waddles around sidelines trying to look upset. He’s the George Costanza of NFL coaches.
  14. Wallace was bad last night. If Josh didn’t play out of his mind, he could’ve cost us the game.
  15. Horrible defense. Cowboys make our defense look like the 85 Bears. There’s no way Jackson was throwing on 4th and 2.
  16. Johnson made the most of his snaps. Wallace must have compromising pictures of Frazier.
  17. Kind of like the years when the NCAA Final 4 is on CBS some years and TBS/TNT on others and gets half the ratings. Not apples to apples comparison.
  18. I don’t think Hurts is the answer for Philly. He’s got EJ Manuel deer-in-headlights-itis in the pocket. Maybe the Philly OL is that bad that you gotta put a guy back there that can move. Bad situation to be in. Wentz is a shell of the QB he was when he first came into the League. It’s not all on the team around him. There might be something physical but it just looks like his heart ain’t into it anymore. Sad to see. He looked like he was gonna be one of the games best for next 10-15 years.
  19. We are getting to the line quickly which helps. Gone are the days when it’d take forever to get the playcall in and Josh would be rushing just to get the snap off. Now we consistently get lined up with 15 seconds left on play clock and Josh gets to survey the defense and use a hard count if he wants.
  20. Singletary is a 5-7 touches guy. His speed/power ratio is at the bottom for NFL backs. He’s elusive and can catch, but we need a speed/power back that can get you 5 yards when the defense plays the pass and get you 1-2 yards in short yardage situations. Josh can’t play All World every game. Gotta be able to grind it out when defenses drop in coverage. I will be beyond pissed if Josh gets hurt because he has to be our short yardage back.
  21. After Poyers interception, it was very telling that we didn’t even attempt to run it on 1st and goal from the 5. Seems like short yardage running is a problem for most NFL offenses and play callers have no faith that they can successfully run the ball in goal line and short yardage situations.
