  1. Does seem like he’d be a really nice fit with Moss. Singletary can fill the Yeldon role. He’s still cheap and RB’s get hurt a lot.
  2. Highly doubt Moss or Singletary would scare him away. Almost every team in the League has better RB’s than those 2.
  3. It’s a lot more simple than you’re making it. There’s a $7.5m guaranteed option bonus that the Bills could either take the cap hit on entirely in 2021 or spread over the next 4 years. The Bills were clearly gonna exercise the option to spread the cap hit over 4 years so Spotrac had the bonus spread over 4 years in their numbers before the exercise date. The original tweet that started this thread confused everyone.
  4. He’s still speedy right? We do need a RB who can get to the edge.
  5. Not surprised this thread has turned into a cesspool. It’s actually possible to view the allegations with skepticism but also hear the alleged victims out.
  6. No thanks to Everett. We already have a guy with talent and questionable hands.
  7. It creates no cap space in 2021. The original post implied it did. Spotrac had it in their numbers already. That’s what everybody’s going off of unless you have access to the NFL’s official cap numbers.
  8. Very curious as to what Carolina is up to. They still have a lot of cap space. They restructured mccaffrey to create even more. Makes no sense to do that unless you’re gonna use that space this year. They still have over $30m in cap space. They let Samuel walk. There’s not many high ticket free agents still available. 🤔🤔
  9. Maybe for the official number kept by the NFL, but spotrac assumed the Bills would exercise this for the last couple months. But it could also be the reason Feliciano didn’t sign his contract until today because for the official NFL number that $15m in cap space didn’t hit until today.
  10. Right. So it’s already been accounted for because there’s no way the Bills were taking the full cap hit in 2021. Non-story.
  11. Addison and Butler probably wouldn’t have got as much as Jefferson just did. Their pay cuts most likely amounted to raises if they’d gotten cut.
  12. it’s very confusing. What is there to exercise if the option bonus was guaranteed when they signed?
  13. No way White had a $20m cap hit before this and Dawkins had a $18m cap hit. Also says the option bonus was guaranteed at signing. So not sure what the option was actually for. The original tweet looks wrong.
  14. Spotrac shows the option as guaranteed for both of them. Not sure I understand the mechanics at play here.
  15. Makes you think Bills didn’t give him or Brown the option to take a pay cut.
  16. Thule was his college coach.
  17. Mack’s cap hit this year if traded would be $1.275m to his new team. That’s also the only money that’d have to be paid to him this year by his new team. That’s not a typo. The Bears converted his salary to a bonus to get under the cap. Unless Pace is trying to sabotage his way out of town, Mack isn’t going anywhere.
  18. Where are you seeing this? The only number that counts is the one kept by the NFL, not spotrac or over the cap.
  19. what the hell is going on in this thread? The Eagles have been making moves the past month to get under the cap. The Wentz deal was never really in doubt. In regards to Ertz, it looks like they don’t need the $8m they would’ve saved by cutting him to get under the cap. So they now can trade him if they want instead of cutting him. Or they can just hold on to him.
  20. Bills cap hit would be like $1.2m for Mack in first year. If this happened, we’d have to give up multiple 1st round picks. The Bears would’ve paid Mack’s salary for 2021 in addition to eating the cap.
  21. Well the important detail is left out... what level they rendered him at.
  22. McCaffrey. Carolina is all in on Watson. Texans would probably rather have an extra 1st rounder than McCaffrey. All the ladies find him dreamy. That’s all I got.
  23. Average speed within 1 second of a route is a great statistic. Crazy what type of data these teams have to work with now.
  24. Still seems like a Gronk type is what the doctor ordered. I’d think Rudolph would be a better fit than Ertz and cheaper.
  25. Agreed but it’s the talent part you’d be taking a swing at. Other options available are in their 30’s and would cost just as much if not more. We have enough of those. Clowney is still relatively young and has more upside than the options available. We need upside on the D-Line. If he flames out, Bills have plenty of JAG’s to roll out there.
