I take this back. His 2021 salary was fully guaranteed on March 21. This restructure is almost all Diggs helping the team out. Only benefit to Diggs is he gets is his 2021 salary right now instead of weekly checks during the season.

I don’t believe any of his 2021 salary was guaranteed. So this definitely is something Diggs wouldn’t have said no to.

Lonnie Johnson getting completely blown up on the fake punt has to get some kind of honorable mention. Guess we need to define worst play, but this was up there with the dumbest.

Nothing is ‘voluntary’ that comes with expectations that you either show up or you’re a slacker. This is why players and NFLPA fight to get rid of ‘voluntary’ workouts.

I mean if I were McBeane I’d be PO’d if Star hasn’t been in the building since opting out. It’s the guy’s job and he gets paid handsomely. But I’m just a fan. I’m sure McBeane is on top of it.

Not sure why they’d ever put in Tebow over Lawrence. Lawrence is more than capable of running RPO’s. Jags might as well invite Kaepernick to training camp too. Apparently Meyer enjoys the circus.

I have to admit, this guy is kinda awesome. NFL needs more characters. It’s 99% not gonna end well with this guy coaching, but at least it’ll be entertaining.

Doubt he’s gonna take less than $6-7m per year. And a more desperate team will probably give him a multi year deal with $10m+ in guarantees. Can’t see Beane going there. He would’ve tried harder to get a CB in draft.

Beane needs to trade for one of Broncos CB’s.

This is the only logical thing that could’ve happened. There’s probably not enough evidence to file criminal charges but the longer this dragged out, the worse all parties involved would’ve been. The plaintiffs wouldn’t get nearly as much money if he’s not able to play football. Watson can now continue his career, start the long process of re-habilitating his reputation, apologize to the plaintiffs and also probably write them each 7 figure checks.

The Bills missed tackle rate on QB pressures stat passes the eye test. Rousseau could be perfect compliment to Hughes and Oliver. They are good at getting the initial pressure. Rousseau is good at getting the QB on the ground.

I’m sure the same people up in arms over forcing players to get the vaccine were the same people defending Kaepernick’s right to kneel during national anthem.

If we got Ojemudia in return, we’d be helping each other out as well as providing both players with better path to playing time.

Would you trade OT Spencer Brown for CB Michael Ojemedia? Both were 3rd round picks 1 year apart. Ojemedia is a big corner that Bills supposedly liked last year. Broncos obviously in need of an OT. Could make some sense for both teams, but not sure when you’re allowed to trade a guy you just drafted.

The time to trade him was before last Thursday. Denver and maybe Miami are only teams left. Although it would be hilarious if Green Bay traded him to Houston and that dumpster fire.

I don’t know. I mean you gotta admit Oliver, Epenesa, Rousseau, and Basham is a bit over-kill in terms of high draft picks on the D-Line the last 3 years. There’s far worse positions to be using that kind of draft capital on, but just seems like we could get old at WR and DB rather quickly.

I don’t necessarily disagree but if Beane was sure in what he had with Rousseau I can’t see him making the Basham pick when you also factor in Epenesa last year. If all 3 of them hit, Beane isn’t gonna be able to sign them all to a 2nd contract. Seems like it was a pick 3 and hope at least 1 or 2 hits deal . My guess is if Beane knew Basham was gonna be there at pick 61, he would’ve picked a DB at pick 30.

I don’t think it’s absurd to compare him to some great players because Rousseau has unique traits. On the flip side I think it’s telling that Beane went with another defensive end in the 2nd round. Rousseau is very hard to project. That’s why he was available at pick 30.

Howie got that 6th rounder trading back 3 picks in the 3rd round so he could take a lesser DT. So he’s all good now. I’d think the Colts are most likely destination but maybe there’s a handshake deal that he won’t go there.

Bradshaw is a buffoon. Completely different era from when he played. Steelers had a roster of Hall of Famers when he played and could keep them all together without a salary cap. And they had a Hall of Fame coach, a great owner, and a great organization. Rodgers has none of those things. Plus Packers traded up for Love. It’s not like he fell in their laps like Rodgers did. Rodgers ain’t the most likable dude but he’s got plenty of reasons to gripe.

Hope he’s ok. But this is why it’s an exercise in futility trying to hand out immediate draft grades. Teams have access to so much more info than the internet experts.

Let’s get him one of those 23 and me tests 😃😃? Could be worth a 3rd rounder. Disclaimer: I fully agree with the intent of the Rooney rule.
