  1. I’d like to see more from Dinucci. He actually looked quick and decisive in the pocket on the couple throws they let him make. Trubisky is done. His indecisiveness will continue to get him hurt. Move on.
  2. Agreed. Coleman did right thing not getting himself killed trying to catch a knuckle curve pass. Trubisky looked EJ Manuel ‘deer in headlights’ bad. Cannot role with him as the #2. Heck, Dinucci looked quicker and more decisive on the couple passes they let him throw.
  3. Ray Davis is a player. Hardy deserves a spot on the 53 man. Some good run blocking by our OL and our DL looked dominant all 4 quarters
  4. wouldn’t mind seeing a steelers score and bass having to make a field goal to win it. Gotta find out if Bass has it.
  5. The only backup QB’s worth anything are guys that can run around and make some plays with their feet. Trubisky is a waste.
  6. This is definitely a part of it. The other part is that a lot of big money contracts were given out on the defensive side especially before Josh’s extension. Injuries to guys still on their rookie deal don’t hurt nearly as much as injuries to Tre, Miller, and Milano.
  7. Gotta be able to win with young and cheap players on defense. All the rules favor the offense.
  8. Mcdermott has history of sticking with guys after they’ve already proven they can’t play meaningful snaps.
  9. McBeane has gotten burned a lot with contracts on defensive side of the ball. Things will only get worse with injuries in a 18 game season. Pay the offense, play young guys on defense.
  10. Why on earth would we throw the ball on the goal line when we have a 250lb QB that can’t be stopped on 3rd and 4th and short? Also Diggs, Davis, and Knox are not good contested catch guys
  11. He made so many great passes against the 49ers in 2020 at Arizona. He completely demoralized a great defense. My favorite was at the 29 second mark when he threw it over the top of Fred Warner and in between the CB and Safety. An insane pass that probably only 2-3 guys in history of the game could’ve made. Arm strength, touch, and pinpoint accuracy. Favre, Elway, maybe Rodgers
  12. I’d say that’s a good sign that Groot signs a 2nd contract to stay in Buffalo but college sports are now so transient with the portal.
  13. That’s probably part of it but I think trying to jump every route and make the splash play versus being solid and more opportunistic was probably his biggest problem his first 2 years.
  14. Seems like he loses focus and gets grabby. I don’t think it has anything to do with being a big CB. Maybe he wasn’t mature enough and thought his last name and his notebook spiel was enough to make it in the NFL. Let’s hope he gets it now. Sometimes it takes guys a couple years to learn how to be a professional.
  15. seems like McBeane thinks getting younger and deeper is what’s gonna put us over the top.
  16. Claypool, Hamler, Isabella, Cephus, Shorter, Shavers…we probably have the most talented WR room 5 through 10 on the depth chart, whatever that’s worth.
  17. We’re cornering the market on failed speedy 2nd round WR’s
  18. The only eyebrow raising thing here is the firing of the son-in-law.
  19. maybe we carry an extra LB this year with the new kickoffs rules.
  20. Guy has had injury after injury since he got drafted and Broncos have been one of the worst run franchises the last couple years, but not sure why Indy let him go if he’s some kind of hidden gem that just needed to get healthy.
  21. How do you fire your daughters husband? If it’s not working out, you’d think they would’ve come to some sort of agreement.
  22. Make fun of him all you want but his 2022 season is better than any Bills WR currently on roster. I don’t think his skill set is what we need to fill out out WR room though. We need an OBJ, MVS, or Chark deep threat type.
  23. We need another vet who was a legit 1 or 2 to be a reliable option for Josh. They don’t have to hold up the whole season, but you can’t rely on Shakir, Samuel, and a rookie Coleman to all step up their game not to mention injuries. Hollins is another Sherfield. If he’s one of your top 3 WR’s for any reason, we are screwed. See Sherfield in KC playoff game. I’m for bringing in OBJ to round out the WR room.
  24. There’s an adjustment period for any rookie. Expecting Coleman to be one of your top 2-3 WR’s early in the season risks throwing the season away. OBJ has been a good soldier in LA and Baltimore and can carry a heavier load early in the season while Coleman gets acclimated.
