  1. My favorite part: An attorney for the top Coliseum executive at the time the video was made said his client knew nothing about the production. Former General Manager Patrick Lynch resigned in early 2011 and was indicted in March of this year in a sweeping corruption case. "That's disgusting," Lynch's attorney, Tony Capozzola, said of the porn shoot. "He would never allow that." Lynch has pleaded guilty to conflict of interest in a deal that required him to return $385,000 in alleged kickbacks he received from a Coliseum contractor. Ex-events manager Todd DeStefano has pleaded not guilty to charges that include bribery, embezzlement and conspiracy. Four other men also have been indicted in the case. It's like the habitual, psychopathic kid who's mom insists, "He's a good boy, he would never do something like that."
  2. Got my vote - could we put on the Wall? It's football related . . .
  3. Light rail from airport is OK, but savings are not worth the hassle (especially after O's game). Just stay downtown and pay for the parking. Any hotel along Pratt street or in Fell's Point would work well. On nice days you could walk just about anywhere from your hotel, and you could use your car to get to Fort McHenry.
  4. Eh. At least she'll go to second on the first date.
  5. And if disease or getting caught up in a police raid isn't your thing, you could just head to Hooters. (and the B&O is pretty cool)
  6. You are just scratching the surface - this a fairly accurate description of many things to do. http://www.tripadvisor.com/Attractions-g60811-Activities-Baltimore_Maryland.html#TtD And go see the Orioles. Not sure of your age range, but try to hit local bars/restaurants before or after.
  7. Giammati is a huge favorite. Outstanding in Barney's Version. A little long but absorbing. I second "American Splendor". Excellent movie, great performance.
  8. Steve Allen had a great bit where he did a "dramatic reading" of music lyrics. His best was "Hot Stuff" (which, unfortunately, I can't find on the web). Peter Sellers later did a Richard III/Shakespeare version of Hard Days Night, and Christopher Walken recently read Lady Gaga, among others. Sittin' here, eatin' my heart out, waitin' Waitin' for some lover to call Dialed about a thousand numbers lately Almost rang the phone off the wall Lookin' for some hot stuff, baby, this evenin' I need some hot stuff, baby, tonight I want some hot stuff, baby, this evenin' Gotta have some hot stuff Gotta have some love tonight I need hot stuff, I want some hot stuff I need hot stuff Lookin' for a lover who needs another Don't want another night on my own Wanna share my love with a warm blooded lover Wanna bring a wild man back home Gotta have some hot love, baby, this evenin' I need some hot stuff, baby, tonight I want some hot stuff, baby, this evenin' Gonna have some lovin' Got to have a love tonight I need hot stuff, hot love Lookin' for hot love Hot, hot, hot, hot stuff Hot, hot, hot Hot, hot, hot, hot stuff Hot, hot, hot How's that 'bout some hot stuff, baby, this evenin' I need some hot stuff, baby, tonight Gimme little hot stuff baby, this evenin' Hot stuff baby Gonna need your love tonight I need hot stuff, lookin' for hot stuff Wanna have hot stuff Sittin' here, eatin' my heart out, no reason Won't spend another night on my own I've dialed about a hundred numbers lately I'm bound to find somebody home Gonna have some hot stuff, baby, this evenin' I need some hot stuff, baby, tonight Lookin' for my hot stuff, baby, this evenin' Need some lovin' baby Gonna need your love tonight Hot stuff baby, this evenin' I need some hot stuff, baby, tonight I want some hot stuff, baby, this evenin' I want some hot stuff, baby, tonight Now, hot stuff, baby I need your hot stuff baby, tonight I want some hot stuff baby, this evenin' Hot stuff baby Gonna need your love tonight
  9. I can't tell if this is a serious post, or if you haven't paid attention to last 75 years of American Sports History.
  10. Wow. I thought Bills fans prided themselves on football knowledge. I'd take Bree's in a second, easily a top 5 QB, great leader and fierce competitor. Bills could have won 11 games with Bree's at the helm. How could you not admire the guy?
  11. Wilco is my favorite band. Would have loved to have seen Uncle Tupelo . . . Here's Airline to Heaven, another great Guthrie/Wilco/Bragg song. I plan to see Wilco in Vermont (and hopefully at Wolf Trap in VA).
  12. It is NEVER "silly" to draft a useful player in the 7th round. It's "silly" to ignore a key part of the game.
  13. Agree. I hope NewEra was kidding but kickers are a huge part of any team and are extremely underrated by fans. Good kickers could make the difference in a few games and great kickers could make a huge difference. I will love this year's pick if it means Bills' opponents are guaranteed to start every drive on the 20.
  14. I'd rather have specialists who do there job well EVERY GAME, than an extra CB, WR or LB just in case.
  15. Me, too. They should pick up at least one future Hall of Famer, two starters and three quality back-ups. This team sucks.
  16. 3putz will not say who he would have picked. I'm sure he'll let us know in a few years, "I said the Bills should have taken . . ."
  17. Ah, who? Please name name or there is no reason to take you seriously.
