Bradford is a process QB. IMO, a great fit and bridge QB. Natural talent, very smart and possible coach material that could help groom drafted QB. I’ve always been a big fan and wondered how he would have turned out if not oft injured.

Hear me out, there hasn’t been much talk but perhaps the Bills should think about drafting a QB this year. Maybe even trade up? I’m probably going to get flamed for this suggestion, though I am surprised this board isn’t debating the possibility. Maybe take that guy from Richmond in the 4th? I dunno, it’s hard to find information on QB options.

I think you're right. Probably not enough. And if so, I'm very wary mortgaging so much for a QB with a lot of questions. Good players, but no Peyton Manning.

What are you prepared to give up? I'm pretty sure your worse case scenario is a pick or two short.

The scenario is meaningless unless you have an idea what Buffalo needs to give up and get in a move to #4.

I like Chris T's work, he's very thoughtful and explains his reasoning. I am in agreement with his assessment of all the QBs - except Rudolph. I don't know if he's wrong, I just don't see it with Rudolph. Unlike the other QBs, Rudolph seems to missing something and that's why it's difficult to see something special. Having said that, if the Bills take Rudolph at 21 or 22, I'll be excited that the team saw something intriguing as well.

Exactly, there could be a price, but it might not be in the best interest of the Bills.

May want to adjust your expectations. There is a better chance the Bills will not find a trading partner. Look at it from the other team's perspective, why would they trade with the Bills? What we would demand?

"Done with this team?" Yeah, Ok. First, why would BB ever tell anyone what he plans to do? Two, IF the Bills don't move, it's likely because no team wanted to trade OR the price was too high. Three, you clearly have player(s) you want. What are you willing to give up? For me, there isn't a player that it's worth mortgaging a truck load of picks.

I also saw a QB who could be a superstar. There are only a handful of players who could make those plays. My God, if LJ had even a chance behind that line and an average running game, he'd be a consensus Top 5 pick.

It's easy to say, "The Bill should [must!] move up to get [pick your QB!]," but rarely does anyone say what they think and are willing to give up. If we can first agree the price will be very steep, what are you willing to trade? Personally, I'd like to have Darnold or Rosen, but I don't think they are worth what they will cost. I'd be happy with signing Keenem and drafting Lamar Jackson; and have room to address a lot of holes.

This would be easier if there was a Peyton Manning in the draft. I like all the top QBs but not one seems worth what it would take to move up to Top 4 pick.

The last two seasons, Lamar Jackson had 839 pass attempts, credited with 492 rushes and sacked 75 times (1406 total) . As far as I could tell, he didn’t miss one snap to injury. No matter their size, weight, speed or allusiveness every QB in college and NFL gets dinged, but so far, LJ has yet to look “injury prone.”

It matters a LOT. It accounts for hitting receivers in the hands and they drop it, running the wrong route, pressure and throwing the ball away, the system, etc, etc, etc. If was all stats, then dozens of QBs with better numbers would be in the mix.

LJ's adjusted completion rate (drops, etc) are in line with Darnold and third amongst all these prospects. That's a fact. The dude throws darts.

Fair to say Louisville was likely competing with much better teams. It's all works out the same. A dropped pass is a dropped pass and pressure is pressure.

Barely. Dropped passes and constant pressure are the same affliction. This year, like Allen, Jackson had very weak receivers, a mediocre line and no running game (except for LJ). Put both of these guys on Alabama, Georgia, OK, OK St, UCLA or USC and IMO, they'd be Top 5 picks.

Every artfile I’ve read says the opposite. In fact, learning to stay in the pocket is a attribute.

The book is fantastic, however, that may have ruined the show for me. That, or the fact it lacks imagination. People still smoke filtered cigarettes, wear 2018 clothes, not a lot has changed - really, 1960s tiled walls? At least the book paints a futuristic world that allows you to conjure a new world. In the book, the main character is ruthless but also unsure of the time he’s now living. The Netflix version is cliche ridden character out of a 80s action movie.

Favorite Shows in the last three-four years or so (in no order): - Fall of Eagles (You Tube) Mid-70s BBC miniseries tracking the end of the Austrian, German and Russian monarchies 1850-1918.. Excellent stories and acting. I,Claudius good. - Ozark (Netflix) This one surprised me. Breaking Bad is my all-time drama favorite but Ozark has a chance to rival it. All characters are good, great writing and plot twists. - Stranger (Netflix) Korean crime drama. It's a commitment but well worth the time. Very intricate and plot driven. Yes, subtitles, but a cool look into Korea. - Goliath (Amazon) Well done Billy Bob Thornton law/crime miniseries. They use the potentially boring cliche of drunk lawyer to great affect. Thornton is excellent. - Marvelous Mrs. Maziel (Amazon) My overall best show of 2017. Everything is great, especially the star. The eight one-hour episodes fly by. - Broadchurch (Netflix). Superior English small-town mysteries. Three seasons, very well done. Tennett and Oliva Coleman deliver. - Hotel Beau Séjour (Netflix). Belgian miniseries. Stay with me, murdered teenager tries to solve her own murder. Dark, suspenseful and well written. - The Break (Netflix). Another Belgian miniseries. Damaged detective goes home. Good mystery. - The Bridge (not sure where). Danish/Swedish mystery. Great characters/mystery. Fun to see the two countries interact. Copied many times, always poorly. - Trapped. Iceland. Remote (aren't they all?) harbor town cut off by blizzard. Police look to solve murders. Good look into Iceland. - Happy Valley (Netflix). Can't praise this show enough. Excellent characters and mystery. English mid-lands. Great writing and absorbing mystery. Two seasons. - The Good Place (NBC/Netflix/Hulu). Truly great comedy, completely original, smart and unpredictable. Everything and everyone is excellent.
