  1. If Chiefs say Mahomes is Ok then there are no excuses when they lose.
  2. I feel sad that you feel nothing for the someone who has helped lead the Bills to the AFC Championship and may lose out on his dream to be a head coach. Instead, too many people have demonstrated little class by celebrating Daboll's misfortune.
  3. The Worst Ever? Where do I get my trophy? Will you get a trophy for absurd hyperbole? If you could provide a magical machine, I'm sure we'd all like to go back and have a regular 2020, including pre-season games and whisper in McBeane's ear that Epenesa would eventually supplant Murphy in the line up. But (and here's the big "but"), they did not for very sound reasons. While you're building the magic bus, perhaps you could travel to alternate realities to let us know if the Bills would have beat the Ravens without Murphy in the line up? Murphy wasn't a world-beater but there seemed to be a reason the coaching staff used Murphy on nearly every key down and that it just so happens the Bills did well. In retrospect, we all agree Murphy wasn't worth the $8M (ahem, not "$10mm') cap hit next year. But there is ample evidence that Murphy had much more than "0" (zero) impact on the Ravens game.
  4. Have you ever missed out on your dream job?
  5. I feel genuinely sad for Daboll. He deserves a shot at HC and I hope he gets the job he wants next season.
  6. We’ll never know if the Defense would have played as without Murphy but he seemed to have a constant positive impact on containing Lamar Jackson. Overall, I think Epenesa has earned the playing time but perhaps the effort of “Murphy-the-Ravens-Killer“ is worth the off-season cap hit. Personally, I’ll take the risk of losing a starter next year in exchange for the opportunity of going to the Super Bowl this year. Sidenote: I think the cap rises and/or Beane figures out how to keep both Milano and D Williams.
  7. Cool but they left out at least one of Davis’ toe drags.
  8. Starting Josh in 2018 didn't cost the Bills a playoff berth. I think Flores is a good coach but he mishandled the QB situation by benching Fitz while he was cooking and the team was winning.
  9. Nice of you to join us, Mrs. Dodson.
  10. I’d rather not have an untested Williams pass blocking.
  11. Seattle looks terrible. What happened to Russell Wilson?
  12. Likely wrong, but I’m more concerned about Ravens and Titans than of the Chiefs. Ravens especially.
  13. Yes, correct, poor job by CBS to provide an explanation. In fact, a lot of missed calls by a normally good TV crew.
  14. I think the Indy defense was “decent” but Buffalo “only” scoring 27 points had more to do with the Bills’ defense inability to get off the field. Two more offensive possessions could have put the game out of reach.
  15. If anyone would like to sell their tickets . . . (He posted expecting a resounding “No”)
  16. I don't like the Dodgers but Lasorda was very entertaining.
  17. The Colts ran VERY well against weak defenses but were mediocre versus good defenses.
  18. How do are the seditious folks doing tonight? Enough treason for one day? No? Wanna keep going? Thought so.
  19. I’m glad you brought this up, this hasn’t been discussed.
  20. I agree with you. I truly believe they could win the Super Bowl but there is a great deal of concern about getting that first playoff win. No doubt they could lose to any of the remaining teams but I feel if they get that first win over Indy, confidence will skyrocket.
  21. You are either a troll or a moron. Below is exactly what I said, which part don't you understand, Sparky? "I think Darnold could STILL be good. He and Rosen had terrible situations and pure bad luck. Darnold doesn't have Allen or Jackson's physical gifts but I think under the right conditions he could be as good as Mayfield and be a decent starter for years to come. At worst, a very good back-up."
  22. Jeez, Dude, YOU said Darnold will “never” be a starting QB. A great deal of fans and analysts said the same about Allen. Absolute statements are straight up ignorant, and saying Darnold, the consensus “safest” QB draftee placed in a horrible situation could “never” be a starting QB is just ludicrous (as are internet “bets” - what are you, 12?)
  23. "Allen is never going to be a good QB" "Never", huh? Haven't we learned anything? In all those Jets games, if they had only had another QB everything would have been a lot better? Or perhaps there were other variables? If he's released, there are probably 10 teams that would snap up Darnold to compete for a starting job; and another 10 that would have him for #2.
  24. No, but the mediocres with good talent can get better. In fact, anyone with talent can get better - see: Josh Allen
