  1. In the NFL, there are no easy games. Especially so in the playoffs. Colts are a good team, well-coached, a QB that could go on a hot street, a very good running game and good defense. However, of all the remaining teams, I'd rather play the Colts. While a good defense, I think the Bills offense can rack up points and put pressure on the Colts to keep up. Could make a big difference if the Bills could take an early lead and force the Colts to pass the ball.
  2. Let’s win the wild card game and then we’ll talk further.
  3. First, wins are not a QB stat. Sexond, it’s a trivia, not something that means anything and has no value to predict future events. I mean, Philip Rivers beat the Nate Peterman-led Bills, what does that mean? Nothing.
  4. This is how I see the probabilities: Indy most likely to beat the Jags. (Indy must win and one team must lose) Ravens likely to beat the Bengals. (If Indy wins, they must win or someone else lose) Titans “should” beat Texans (If Indy wins, they must win or someone else lose) Cleveland could beat the Steelers (If Indy wins, they must win or someone else lose) If Indy, Ravens and Titans win and Browns and Bills win = #2 seed, host Colts Browns win and Bills lose = #2 seed, host Browns Browns lose and Bills win = #2 seed, host Dolphins Browns lose and Bills lose = #3 seed, host Ravens
  5. Why not pull the starters at 11:35 of the 3rd quarter? We could play this game forever and there is no right answer. Players can get hurt in practice. Many (most?) of them are flukes like Beasley's injury that could happen anytime, anywhere.
  6. I should have added, this assumes Ravens beat Cincy and Titans win either at GB or Hou. On second thought, there are too many variables but still think it’s best Bills win out.
  7. I’m pretty sure If the Bills win out, they will not play the Ravens nor Titans in the 1st round.
  8. The only trustworthy takeaway: KFC has an outstanding (and well-funded marketing department).
  9. Least to most desirable first round opponent: - Ravens - Titans - Colts - Browns - Dolphins
  10. Overall, the NFL Network production was atrocious. Announcers, camera work, production notes, factoids - all embarrassing.
  11. Let's try to remember that EVERY team the Bills could face in the playoffs will be dangerous. There is no easy path to the Super Bowl, only degrees of difficulty that range from tough to extreme danger.
  12. Very classy and savvy move by the Pegulas, Beane and McDermott. Success helps breed success. If coaching talent believes the Bills are a stepping stone to a successful career, they will want to come to Buffalo. Same for players.
  13. To be clear, I don't like Aikman either but find I can tune him out. Collingsworth screeches like a bad motor with a predictable cliches and platitudes.
  14. Collinsworth is the worst no matter what he says. I’d rather listen to Aikman.
  15. You mean the only two folks who could make the correct pick? Too many people are spiking the ball before the game starts. What over the last 25 years makes some fans psychotically optimistic?
  16. I'm sorry to hear that you waste your time on these clickbait programs. Mission Accomplished, you are talking about their shows.
  17. Not a blunder, it was well-reasoned decision at the time. Epenesa was not ready. It’s good news that AJ has improved quickly. That’s the takeaway.
  18. You mean, die alone on that hill.
