Milano should have been benched

Nice of you to join us, Mrs. Dodson. -
I’d rather not have an untested Williams pass blocking.

Seattle looks terrible. What happened to Russell Wilson? -
Likely wrong, but I’m more concerned about Ravens and Titans than of the Chiefs. Ravens especially.

Home town clock operator ?
Max Fischer replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yes, correct, poor job by CBS to provide an explanation. In fact, a lot of missed calls by a normally good TV crew. -
I think the Indy defense was “decent” but Buffalo “only” scoring 27 points had more to do with the Bills’ defense inability to get off the field. Two more offensive possessions could have put the game out of reach.

Divisional Round tickets going on sale tomorrow (1/10)
Max Fischer replied to RiotAct's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If anyone would like to sell their tickets . . . (He posted expecting a resounding “No”) -
I don't like the Dodgers but Lasorda was very entertaining.

Colts Running Game could limit Bills offense
Max Fischer replied to ProcessTruster's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Colts ran VERY well against weak defenses but were mediocre versus good defenses. -
How do are the seditious folks doing tonight? Enough treason for one day? No? Wanna keep going? Thought so.

Does the bills success continue without daboll?
Max Fischer replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I’m glad you brought this up, this hasn’t been discussed. -
You are either a troll or a moron. Below is exactly what I said, which part don't you understand, Sparky? "I think Darnold could STILL be good. He and Rosen had terrible situations and pure bad luck. Darnold doesn't have Allen or Jackson's physical gifts but I think under the right conditions he could be as good as Mayfield and be a decent starter for years to come. At worst, a very good back-up."
-
Jeez, Dude, YOU said Darnold will “never” be a starting QB. A great deal of fans and analysts said the same about Allen. Absolute statements are straight up ignorant, and saying Darnold, the consensus “safest” QB draftee placed in a horrible situation could “never” be a starting QB is just ludicrous (as are internet “bets” - what are you, 12?)
-
"Allen is never going to be a good QB" "Never", huh? Haven't we learned anything? In all those Jets games, if they had only had another QB everything would have been a lot better? Or perhaps there were other variables? If he's released, there are probably 10 teams that would snap up Darnold to compete for a starting job; and another 10 that would have him for #2.
-
We have no clue what Daboll wants. The Jets or Jags could be exactly what he wants and if so, the Bills should do everything possible to help get him the job. To do anything else would leave a sour taste and would boomerang on the Bills for years. I want Daboll to get offers, and then I want the next great coaching talent to choose Buffalo as a place to get their shot. If Daboll chooses not to leave, that works as well, but I want it to be on his terms.
-
We should root for Daboll to get his dream job. He’s earned it. I ONLY want Daboll back if he chooses to stay and not because his success placed him at a disadvantage. To me, hoping he doesn’t get a job is like being happy someone’s car broke down and they can’t leave town. Not long ago the Bills were one of those hopelessly dysfunctional teams. It’s what good coaches WANT to do.

Colts and Titans Games Thread... and scenarios
Max Fischer replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
In the NFL, there are no easy games. Especially so in the playoffs. Colts are a good team, well-coached, a QB that could go on a hot street, a very good running game and good defense. However, of all the remaining teams, I'd rather play the Colts. While a good defense, I think the Bills offense can rack up points and put pressure on the Colts to keep up. Could make a big difference if the Bills could take an early lead and force the Colts to pass the ball. -
Let’s win the wild card game and then we’ll talk further.
