  1. Now feel the Bills could get BPA at any slot and more flexibility to make trades up or down.
  2. Anyone watch the TV show Banshee? Originally on Cinemax. It has very good reviews and I'm about four episodes in. I've been told that it gets very clever but I'm afraid it won't shake it's cheesy, testosterone fueled characters and storyline that focuses on casual violence and sex that would excite a 14-year boy.
  3. This would be accurate if he said it two years ago.
  4. So, Mel thinks OT, CB or RB. Next he'll throw in LB, DT and DE to cover all the bases.
  5. It's a simple common sense rule/law - teachers should not have relations with students. It's the same for any organization where there is a hierarchal issue. There is no way of knowing if it's completely consensual when one side has the power over another.
  6. Fixed it for you. I personally place a big, messy asterisk next to Barry Bonds name. For all the accolades, I always felt Aaron was never held in the same vaulted status of so many of the greats. Perhaps playing in Atlanta, in that era and he was just quietly great for so long that he never got this due.
  7. Baseball experts and most fans do not use wins to determine a pitcher's value. There are at least 8 or 9 other stats that are far more valuable. Exhibit #1: Jacob DeGrom (I mean, do you need more evidence?)
  8. Fact? How so? When did we start judging QBs by team wins and losses? Are there 25 better QBs than Deshaun Watson this year? I mean, they had better records.
  9. So, you're whole diatribe is objecting to the word, "misfortune?" That's weird. How about, "disappointment" "setback" "bad luck" "tribulation' "blow" "unpleasantness" or even "tough luck?" If it makes you feel better, take you pick on the synonym and I'll edit the post just for you. It's probably dawning on you that synonyms and malapropisms are not the same thing. Perhaps you should take a lesson from Archie Bunker, "Back in my day we learned to keep things in their proper suspective.”
  10. It's ironic that you don't seem to understand what malapropism means. I stand by what I said. If Daboll wanted that job, Bills fans should be rooting for him to get it and come down hard on the teams that don't hire our great coaches and front office personnel. Instead, too often we see fans saying, "He's rich, has a good job, he should suck it up and be happy with what he has." Way to go, Superfan.
  11. I have no idea what this means. "My analysis?" I'll check my calendar, but I don't believe I was consulted.
  12. I feel sad that you feel nothing for the someone who has helped lead the Bills to the AFC Championship and may lose out on his dream to be a head coach. Instead, too many people have demonstrated little class by celebrating Daboll's misfortune.
  13. The Worst Ever? Where do I get my trophy? Will you get a trophy for absurd hyperbole? If you could provide a magical machine, I'm sure we'd all like to go back and have a regular 2020, including pre-season games and whisper in McBeane's ear that Epenesa would eventually supplant Murphy in the line up. But (and here's the big "but"), they did not for very sound reasons. While you're building the magic bus, perhaps you could travel to alternate realities to let us know if the Bills would have beat the Ravens without Murphy in the line up? Murphy wasn't a world-beater but there seemed to be a reason the coaching staff used Murphy on nearly every key down and that it just so happens the Bills did well. In retrospect, we all agree Murphy wasn't worth the $8M (ahem, not "$10mm') cap hit next year. But there is ample evidence that Murphy had much more than "0" (zero) impact on the Ravens game.
  14. I feel genuinely sad for Daboll. He deserves a shot at HC and I hope he gets the job he wants next season.
