  1. Why is it crazy? The guy is a TE, can obviously block, and he's pretty damn fast and agile - and he can catch the ball. With a head of steam he can push a goalline pile all by himself.
  2. I probably missed it, but I wonder why the Bills haven't tried Peters at Fullback. He certainly has the speed and blocking ability but I guess he may have trouble blocking in space. Then again, who'll get in his way? RB would get lost behind him. The defense will no doubt think "run" but Peters could run a pass route. D may "forget" to cover him.
  3. I missed the part where you demonstrated it was "possible." It's much more probable he'll never play a down in the NFL.
  4. Other than your oft repeated knee-jerk "TD and Bills can do nothing right" Chant, what evidence do you have to say Ritzman "can play" in the NFL, let alone on a great defense like the Bills? If you have anything, please pass it along to the Bills 'cause they didn't see enough to justify a roster spot.
  5. Let's see . . . who made a mistake . . . TD/Coaches or 22-year old webmaster? Has to be TD, he's just arrogant enough to do it! Bastard!
  6. It's possible -- even probable -- that Ritzmann racked up sacks against inferior opponents. It's quite possible Ritz couldn't do anything (or enough) against our starters in practice. Not many undrafted FA who were inactive/injured in 2004 make the squad the next year unless they more than distiguish themselves. I trust the Coaches evaluation enough not to get to worked up about a (very) poor man's Freeney.
  7. I can also say "washed up." Seriously, why is this a "problem?"
  8. Relax - believe it or not, the Bills haven't lost a game this year.
  9. No doubt he's searching the waiver wire but I doubt Douglas is on TD's list. Not much left in the tank.
  10. I chuckle everytime fans second guess on the bubble cuts. How can they keep Wire! Maybe b/c he's a key ingredient to special teams? How can they Smith keep over Haddad! Maybe once Parrish gets back they don't need another possession receiver (already in year 5 of his pro career). How can they keep Reed! This is a short-mid yardage and run team right now. Good blocking WR are hard to find. Reed and Aiken are very good (despite their dropsies). For the love of God, how can they cut Tucker! No doubt he's a gritty player but he's pretty average. Elavated his play with toughness and determination. That's hard to do when after you get hurt and not at full strength. Why 7 WRs? Perhaps when Parrish is back they cut Smith and fill the spot with one of the practice squad people. I have no idea and neither does anyone outside the organization. Only three DEs? Why do we need more? Especially if the other two previously known as "Camp Fodder" can't cut it? Why have them on the team if their no better than Ryan Denney at End? Personally, I watch and re-watch the games. But it's, at best, an hour of game film. The coaches scout, sign and draft the players then evaluate them everyday for nine months, dozens practices, thousands of hands-on drills and countless hours of film -- I'll take their word that they'll field the best players possible. It's not like any of the cuts were money related . . . purely based on talent.
  11. And we should take your evaluation over the Bills coaching staff because . . . ?
  12. The coaches think otherwise. Why should we doubt their call?
  13. Ah, a very logical post. Nice. Unfortunately, human emotions are the X-Factor and that's where the leaders have to step up. As I said before: Churchill was indespensible but not because he knew how where to put the tanks. If you have to blindly defend a leader then the leader already has a problem. Anyway, nice reponse. Go Bills.
  14. Thanks, you make my point. (Hidden secret: the more posts you have, the smarter you are. I'll have to work on my 25+ posts a day always saying: "you're an idiot," "you don't know anything," "GWB/my guy is never wrong," [self-affirming pat on the back], etc.) Now back to football . . .
  15. You guys are absolutely pathetic. It's like accidently stopping by the George Bush Apologists Club. You can't even conceive why people are upset. Your instinct is to attack anyone who expresses doubt as to President's ability to lead let alone worship the guy. Frightening. I regret engaging you clowns. Now PLEASE go back to your Club on PPP where you can continue your mutual self affirming activities.
  16. Message: America should just shut up and stop whining about Katrina. If you're not with GWB you're against the Nation and have no common sense. Thanks for all for continuing to clear this up. We get it. Now back to "The Apprentice."
  17. You probably weren't watching the Bills game. He was 11/19 with two drops (that I saw) and an INT that was NOT HIS FAULT. That would be 11/16 pass accuracy. Explain to me how that is "off target?" The guy has an awesome gun AND can make the touch pass. If you watched him (I saw the 2nd quarter and the other games) he has an AWESOME arm and can make ALL the throws. There is more than enough reason to have confidence.
  18. Cause it's FRIGGIN PRESEASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Geez, man. You are REALLY irritating. I bet you go nuts when your office runs out of your favorite pencils. We're doomed! The company is lost!
  19. Where is the "ignore" button . . . ?
  20. Oh. My. God. I seriously thought Bills fans were more sophisticated than "we suck"in the PRE-SEASON. No, we do not suck, we are very good. You would have given up BEFORE Pearl Harbor. I haven't seen so much panic since watching Titanic. Stop jumping overboard while pushing the women and children out of the way, the boat hasn't even left dry dock.
  21. It's not like you to panic and crap in your pants. Buck up, Eisenhower.
  22. Whatever. Maybe so. He's real smart, anyways. He keeps telling me how dumb we are. Over and over and over.
