Would you change team name if you had the power?
Shamrock replied to BrycePaup4ever's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They’d be an episode on that Baltimore Swords and Knifes foundry show! -
Neighbors smoked a fair bit of weed. Bongs always out in open on their deck. Whilst for awhile not an issue, not bad guys- quiet. Then they started to deal. Cars pull up, folk run in, 5 min later run out and drive off. Told the wife I’ll go and talk to them. She was afraid they might retaliate some how, when I wasn’t home. So I have a mate who’s a cop. Asked him what to do. Said ring crime stoppers or local cop shop. Said was worried about retaliation if found out. Anyways for a couple weeks, random times, on his way home he’d stop by for a coffee, in full uniform and often with cop car. They soon moved out- coincidence or not. On the other side, best neighbors...

I made quite a few 1/35 scale model tanks when I was having chemo post cancer surgery, never did this prior but was suggested I needed to ‘have a hobby’! Was as weak as a kitten. Was good therapy. Hindsight... May have been the glue though...

Is it okay for men to wear flip flops in public?
Shamrock replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in Off the Wall Archives
In Australia, it’s pretty common for ex-Cons to continue wearing ‘flip flops’ all the time and it’s often a good way to pick them out and about. They get these and some crappy runners. They’re often the older, burnt out crims too or the guys who like to do their business without turning up with the standard bikie tatt/ gangsta look that draws attention. We see them in the hospital outpatient clinic quite a bit. -
Sam Cowart.

Do we need to confirm the sex of the boss at some stage... just saying, my work now has signs saying the bathroom are gender neutral...

Game 3. NSW at home to Queensland. Should be entertaining. Should be physically monumental. Arguably and probably the best spectacle of non-club side All- Star game where players play at 100%, outside or representing your country. Anyone watching?

I’m coeliac, the pizza is ordinary at the best of times. There’s a good place though down the road that just started doing GF and makes a decent base. That said, as soon as I read the title, the answer was that it doesn’t matter as the dog has gotten the crust for a so long that reading the answers i laughed when I saw that option.

First Day of Summer! I hate the Freaking Summer!
Shamrock replied to plenzmd1's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Come to Melbourne then. AFL is mid season, Rugby is about to have the State of Origin grudge fest & there’s snow on the mountains. -
Entertainers That Died Young
Shamrock replied to The Real Buffalo Joe's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Cliff’s bass playing would have been insane had he lived through that crash. The bass shredding and as a solo, for me that’s Cliff. Does AC/DC’s Bon Scott make it? Died the rockers death and the album after his death is one of the biggest selling... was young 33, seemed on the verge... (The likes of Dimebag Darrell, Ronnie James Dio, Lemmy and Jeff Hanneman have made sucess before passing away.) -
Robert Pattinson is the new Batman
Shamrock replied to Canadian Bills Fan's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Can’t wait to see if Batman takes on Warren White aka White Shark... maybe he could, you know, jump the shark, sounds like casting has already done it... (btw, is the fin from a white tip- appears so in colour and shape, before becoming a tiger shark?) -
RD 7, Pick 228: TE Tommy Sweeney, Boston College
Shamrock replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
First Bills 2 TE draft in a long time. Bobby Collins and wasn’t the other the nail polish wearing Sheldon Jackson, anyone remember? Thats about all I remember about Jackson. Bobby Collins looked like a footballer... So as sad as my memory for Bills, these TE’s are Dawson Creek and Sweeney Tom. -
Should have joined the army. Colour blindness is an apparently useful trait in spotting. They’re not fooled by camouflage so they can ‘see’ human created forms- straight lines and similar that don’t exist in nature more easily.

How many folk make up the number that represents this 1%... given the US population at the time was 32million- is it as simple as 1/2 of 320000?

Me neither. Although got wifey the DVD... which is still in shrink wrap...

Life gets tougher every day (Episode #383)
Shamrock replied to \GoBillsInDallas/'s topic in Off the Wall Archives
Hard to return comment when you’ve tied yourself up in a gimp suit and enjoying Mrs Palmers company. Wonder why his wife left, he seems completely normal? That said, there’s a guy who’s a friend of a mate of mine- actually their wife’s are, that collected Dr Who episodes. He has an original 1st recording that apparently not even the BBC had. Made some $ from it. is porn comparable to Dr. Who lost tapes? I suspect having met his wife, he’d trade some tapes with that other guy. -
Claude Drollo and Quasimodo brought it to life so many years ago. Wow, it’s survived a lot of history. I understand that Francois Pinault is chipping in a lazy $100,000,000 Euros. Guess being married to Salma Hayek, he’s already won the lottery of life.

Not sure, but wonder how it’ll effect Netflix as Disney pulls its titles away. Free to Air in Australia is still a big deal. I can’t recall the last time I watched regular TV. But watching Netflix less too. So it’ll end up being m’eh. Foxtel- cable is too $ to be worth it unless you buy sports or a nuts on the Kardashian’s.

There’s a local bloke who named his dog “10 Mile”. When his Doctor would nag him to exercise he said he walks 10 Miles every day.

Was told to prepare for nicknames, I imagine Casper is at least one obvious one. See how the initials line up. There was a kid who’s nickname was ‘Lavy’... his initials were WC! We ended up whittling the list to 5 boy names and 5 girl names we both agreed on. & with the birth of # 1- we named her something not on the list... sometimes looking at the kid will invoke a name that’s not on the list. What ever the name is, the kid will likely grow into it anyways. My sister’s kid is called Freya. She’s now 5’10” with snow white blonde hair, but Freya was an unusual name at the time. My brother now lives in Georgia and his daughter is called Tara... see Gone with the Wind! ...don’t ask me, my boys are for real, called Thomas Thurman and Henry Jones... (my wife thinks Thurman is a great grand relative!) Known a few Polish folk (& almost a friendly ghost) called Kaspar. https://youtu.be/-n7gNLQoG6Y

Which Prospects Do You NOT Want The Bills To Draft?
Shamrock replied to BillyWhiteShows's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Busts, tired of drafting busts. This isn’t Hooters. A Tweener D lineman, someone that played college edge/outside and is projected to play inside, but hasn’t... i see Lonnie Johnson from Kentucky... has the size, but his name still conjures up one play... & that scares me more than Darren Sharper... -
Unpopular Take. The Bills should trade for Rosen
Shamrock replied to Zerovoltz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
How much of that was the college coach wanting his college quarterback when opportunity presented? -
Bills showing strong interest in Oklahoma G Dru Samia

I thought it said his name was Gru, from the Despicable Me franchise. Reading his personality, might be the villain too. -
TV Shows That Stayed On Too Long
Shamrock replied to The Real Buffalo Joe's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Definitely lost interest in Vikings awhile back. Maybe a series just following Lagertha could win me back- probably having seen Doro Pesch as a kid & all that leather... (Warlock- band).
