  1. I know the difference between approval and rating. That's an aggregate of the handful of issued polled. And not what you said it is.
  2. That's weird. Job approval also isn't mentioned in that link. More disinformation from you. Or you're only moderately literate. Maybe it's both. Whatever. Point is that you don't know what you're talking about.
  3. Hoax. You're spreading misinformation. Nowhere in your link is there polling data with respect to Trump's favorability. Which happens to be underwater.
  4. Hoax. He won a plurality of the popular vote. And his favorability is still underwater. Or we could reinstate the top marginal tax rate effective at the time Trump first took office. Who is against that?
  5. Apparently you felt the same way about your elementary school grammar class. LMAO!
  6. I have another one! ICE isn't hitting Trump's numbers. What's up with that? Either Trump overpromised, invented a problem that doesn't exist, or that agency is ineffective and the people assigned to the task of rounding up all of these illegals (like the Haitians, for instance) should be fired. EDIT: Another one is in! The press secretary can't spell Colombia. Not qualified for her job. Obviously a fraud. Adios to her!
  7. Let's start with Mack Hollins and Ty Johnson and go from there. Me neither. As of a couple of years ago, it's my understanding that he worked out here in the off season. And that he likes Elmo's, for what it's worth. Ying and yang of presence in Buffalo for health purposes, I guess.
  8. The CIA has low confidence in that theory. What makes you so confident in said theory? DOGE is wasteful. Not cutting anything yet. Maybe they should either do something or cut themselves. Also, eggs are still hugely expensive.
  9. Looks like we have another internet tough guy here. I bet you get all the chicks telling them about how tough you are on the internet and all of the owning of the lives that you do. Attitudes like that are why guys like you make their living on late night scrap and jelly rollers. You’re so tough!
  10. I don’t think anyone disagrees with that. Literally nobody. But tariffs aren’t the way to do it.
  11. That's the thing. The businesses pay the tax up front, and you reimburse the business. And, in that scheme, more of the tax burden is shifted to the middle class. So you're still funding taxes, only your payment is indirect.
  12. Great news man. Keep up the good work. Yeah, it's brilliant if you want to shift the tax burden from the very rich to the very middle class. It's a consumption tax, which people like Steve Forbes have long thought is a wonderful idea. If it's good for Steve Forbes, then it's probably not going to be good for you. And yes, you would pay more to private companies to acquire products. But that's essentially reimbursing the private companies for the up-front tax those companies paid to either import goods or to pay higher rates for unskilled domestic labor to produce those goods.
  13. All fair points. I’ll add only that the great running game was committee-based, with two other guys under contract and one a relatively low priced FA. I’m reluctant to give 11m to a guy who plays less than half of the snaps at his position. And, I’ll superfluously add this: maybe those monies go to McGovern or (less likely) Torrence in a year. Food for thought I suppose.
  14. Based on his effort in the Super Bowl I think he’s checked out.
  15. Personally I think 11m is an overpay. But I’d do it given how he played the last couple of years. After that, in my view we don’t start struggling with expense, but with value. Is he worth $10m more than a potential replacement? And would we be better off dedicating that $10m to a guy like Khalil Mack, or a problem area on D? Again, I don't know. These are tough calls.
  16. The someone better is Ty Johnson. Bring him back. If Cook really wants $15m as a firm number, then he won’t be here much longer. I think 4x11 with 50% guaranteed slots him in fairly. Anything more than that and … it gets much more difficult.
  17. I have a feeling it's gonna be a lot worse for you than it is for me.
  18. And all of the Trumpers at the stamping plant. I sincerely hope that things work out for them. But this is a concern.
  19. He’s a liar? Or incompetent? Because he did say day one. And now it’s getting worse. There’s nothing vapid about holding someone to his promise to help a struggling middle class. Maybe your issues involve doing couches and dolphins and things to people you don’t like. Mine involve doing things for people. And Trump is breaking his promises and failing in that respect. Maybe eating cats and dogs like those Haitians that nobody is concerned about anymore is the trump/JD solution to food insecurity. I believe we can do better than treating the SPCA as a food pantry. Trump doesn’t, and he is failing.
  20. It was supposed to have stopped on day one. Promises made, promises broken.
  21. Hoax. You laughed. Probably heartily. Because you know it's funny. (And it might even have the added benefit of being true!)
  22. I basically agree. We need to be more disruptive inside and outside. I'd like to upgrade the pass rush. We can probably live with running the ends back IF, and this is a very large if, we get much better play from our DTs next year. I love the idea of a game wrecker like Garrett. But I can live with upgrading DT and maybe a middle class upgrade at DE.
  23. No pity necessary. I'll be fine. But I feel badly for all of the people who are desperate for help and who instead are getting MAGA-ZA and this quack nonsense. The only person getting off was JD. And maybe you, since you're also a JD. So I hope you don't share the sick obsessions with couches, dolphins, Bette Midler, Cats, and the YMCA song.
  24. I forgot about dolphin man's obsession with upholstery. Kind of like he forgot about his promise to end inflation and improve prices on day one.
