  1. He’s right about the last paragraph, but it’s not the time. We should all be better to each other. Everywhere. After we all pray or pull or light a candle or whatever for a dad who was shot because of his opinions. It’s wrong and it has to stop. I’m not going to get into it now, but fault lies on all sides. Nobody is blameless. If you don’t agree with that, then there’s no sense in discussing it later or further.
  2. Not the time. We should be past that. Somebody said something stupid and untimely. Whatever. Both sides have done it for far too long. Let’s hope this guy survives and be more respectful and open minded with each other moving forward. This is a disgrace, just like Minnesota, and just like any other politically motivated violence. It has to stop. This.
  3. Probably not the time to respond, but with respect to the second point I agree with your nuance. He’s a human. We don’t do stuff like this to other humans in this country because we disagree with them. Everybody, on all sides, needs to tone it down, stop the whataboutism, hope this young dad survives, and then figure out how we can be better to each other moving forward.
  4. It’s bad, and I feel the same way. I might not like his opinions, but I’m pulling hard for him right now because he’s a dad, a husband, and a human. This is disgusting.
  5. Those things probably are true. But they don’t matter, and now is not the time to worry about such matters. He’s a dad, and a husband, and a human. This is wrong on every level. I hope he survives, and that he makes a full recovery. It made my stomach turn to watch the video of what happened. Let’s hope he survives and the we figure out how to calm things down everywhere for everyone from there. This is horrible.
  6. The keystone and pizza or the vegetables?
  7. You would know! At least that’s what the people who call you an incel are saying!
  8. I’m not. But it would be a compliment. That’s a hard diet to follow. Ever try it? Or are you more of a keystone and digornio guy?
  9. You are angry. Lots of people agree. They’re also saying you’re an incel. FYI. Hoax.
  10. You’re pretty angry, so the incel shoe seems to fit you. Also, I call hoax on the GF. You just don’t seem like the type of guy who appeals to members of the opposite sex. At least that’s what lots of people are saying.
  11. Ohhh you mean the thing that Trumo recently tried to pass off as a hoax and that caused him to fire the statistician and that shows what a crappy job Trump is going for working class Americans? That thing? Also, I’ll let your insult slide. It’s obvious you’re a little slow, and probably an incel, so I take no offense at your inciting language.
  12. About what, exactly? And hardly is it that the Trump Administration is to be trusted about, well, anything. Trump may be the most prolific liar in the history of this country.
  13. One way to lower inflation is to shrink the economy and have lousy job numbers.
  14. I was thinking that J6 is the better analog.
  15. Of course this benefits Putin. Now the temp is up, Trump doesn’t want NATO involved, and the bet on the Russian side is that Trump will turn up the heat on Zelenskyy to capitulate. The bet further is that Europe won’t respond (a safe bet, and not because of European weakness), and Russia suffers no harm. Unless, of course, those sanctions that Trump never followed through on are imposed. Which they probably won’t be. So it’s a smart play for Putin.
  16. New maga excuse - it’s not real, but if it is real, it’s auto pen.
  17. Predator Patio is probably where they’ll come up with the next piece of this coverup. Bunch of liars. The victims. They probably care. also, it looks like you’ve reached the “lies won’t stick” stage of this issue and you’re going to pretend it’s not a problem before pivoting to a nonexistent boogeyman, like crime one the national mall or that swimmer who was wrongfully denied a tie for fourth place in a race even her parents probably didn’t care about.
  18. 53 is as far as he hit from, as I understand it, rather than a max. Kickers test their distance warming up so they can say they're comfortable from a given length. I didn't see warmups, so I can't say if Prater was short from, say, 55. But typically they don't try too much beyond 53-55, at least in the hour before the game. For instance, that 60 yarder Bass hit against the Dolphins last year? Wing and a prayer. I don't recall him testing it during warmups. He wasn't short from a given distance, but nobody knew if he could hit it from 60.
  19. I agree. It looks like a poor angle by Rapp (I assume this is the TD; didn't watch your clip but watched the clip of that play a few times.) Part of it, however, is "get off a block" up front. And part of it too is either design or execution up front with respect to gap assignment. By the time Rapp gets a bead on Henry, nobody has touched Henry, Henry has a ton of speed, and Rapp is in a pretty tough spot. Yes, the angle looks awful. But, in fairness, somebody has to get a body part on Henry before he's into Rapp's level.
  20. No way. Codrington caught the first one like that with speed and they hit it low every time after that. Which is what I would do. Keep it low and bounce it around.
  21. Said it in a different thread a month ago. Some guys just have an “NFL” look when they arrive. Benford was one. I remember looking at him during a blue and red practice and thinking who the (blank) is that. He just looks the part. Strong is another one. As is Jackson Hawes.
  22. Saved a TD.
  23. They stopped being aggressive. They lost more than we won. Lots of high shell stuff from what I could tell from my vantage point in the stadium.
  24. That would be him.
  25. Just watched the reply. Deon Walker is the luckiest dude in Buffalo tonight. Woof. They gotta coach him up if he's going to stay on the FG team.
