  1. If we all know bret farve and his mentality..Im sure he doesn't wanna go out the way he went out sunday..he's better then that we know it, and he know's it..He's a warrior, you watch he'll be back next year ready to play just like the last 12 seasons..
  2. Its been quite a cinderella season for peyton and the gang, his unbelievable season, breaking marinos' record, his 2nd straight league mvp award.and leading this colts team into Foxboro on quite a streak..Last year peyton fought " the law " and the law one..this year " the law " is out of service..could this be the year that peyton dismantles the patriot defense with his vast assortments of audibles and check offs? I believe it is, peyton in my opinion is just too smart to let the pat's d destroy him like they did last year. Granted the pat's d is nothing like the broncos d..but one would think that the broncos would at least bring some fight to that game? Manning made it look soo easy, like he wasn't even trying for god sake..Now I don't think it would be as easy in foxboro, but you would have to think Peyton could bring the same success to New England.. Colts 27 Patriots 21
  3. I guess, its just hard to believe that Bret Farve the epitamy of football, its legacy and everything it stands for..can actually be beaten, can actually be immortal..can actually be getting old and considering retirement..yes ladies and gentleman what is happening to bret farve will probably happen to all good football players unless they retire at the top of there game..they are quite simply getting old and rusty..sooner or later it will happen to everybody..
  4. 10 catches for 106 yards with a quarter to play..bout time DJ
  5. tough to decide who i'd want to come away with the W..but Im not a mike martz fan at all, I hope seattle walks away with it..
  6. Do his off the field problems and suspentions lead the way for his departure in seattle? and if so, where would Koren end up?
  7. He think's his offense is untouchable..and I totally lose all respect for him when he decided to bash the bills..Wining and crying declaring we played dirty..he was just upset that his beloved rams offense was throughly manhandled... he's a Egotistical scumbag..
  8. You have to get into the playoff's before competing for a superbowl..soo id like buffalo to get into the playoffs every year if they could..and if they lose in the first round everytime they get in there..you get back up and fight to get in again the next year..
  9. Based on accomplishments and statistics as of now, I would say Edgerrin James, but based on potential and ability, Im going with Willis by a narrow margin..Yes clinton portis has put up monster numbers the last few seasons..But willis has soo much upside..we all know what clinton portis brings to the table from an ability stand point..but I believe that Willis still hasn't shown us what he can do..like he said..this year was a " stepping stone". Willis is a complete running back, where Clinton lacks poise , blocking ability, and team attitude..but I won't say he's not a damn good back.. thoughts??
  10. There's something you don't read about every day..no more desperate housewives before bed time for these 2 ..
  11. Shaud's break out game was against SanFran wasn't it?
  12. Wouldn't mind that happening either talk about somebody who was projected soo high..CLASSIC UNDERACHIEVER
  13. Im with ya on the yards per carry..but when it comes to strength and straight up pounding the ball..if we were to keep henry, reguardless on his attitude and what he thinks about his role..I would still have henry backing up Willis. In my opinion Shaud doesn't have what opposing defenses are afraid of, and that's a smash mouth attiude..he's more a finesse runner..DON"T GET ME WRONG shaud williams has played great when called upon, the kid is very fast, and can juke a move or 2..but you can only run to the outside soo many times..
  14. I know with the emergence of Willis, a running back isn't a top priority..But say we trade henry..are we secure with Shaud Williams and Joe Burns? now Shaud Williams has got plenty of potential and plenty of talent..I just don't think he has the strengh and size to match up with Nfl starting defenses..he had a breakout game against CLEVELAND..and a nice showing in seattle..but other then that, I don't think he has a package that would scare opposing defenses..as for joe burns, he's a good fill in type back, but I don't think he has the durability to fill in for a few weeks atta time IF willis was to go down with an injury..Joe Burns is a great special teams player though, I won't take that away from him.. With that said, do you see this team in the market for a backup running back to willis this offseason? thoughts??
  15. I just move the mcgahee jersy up, and put the bledsoe to the back of the closet..
  16. JP held the clipboard this year, next year it should definetly be open, Drew Bledsoe hasn't in anyway solidified the starting role next season..at least I hope not. LET THE BEST MAN WIN !
  17. Flutie did win when he was here, but when he didn't get his way, he let the locker room here about it when he want's to be, he can be a negativity spreader..and with a locker room that has takeo spikes, london fletcher, and troy vincent, fluties garbage wouldn't last very long. as for brees, I need a little more insurance then 1 great season..this guy has the potential to be great, let's see if he can be consistent before I start praising the guy.
  18. he's not getting any younger, that arm probably doesn't feel like it did 10 years ago..but i'll give the old ball slinger some credit, he could heave the ball down there on those flea flickers..
  19. but if he has a good supporting cast, via the offensive line, recievers, running backs and so on..and he has great offensive minded coaches that will coach to his strengths..and he's not just thrown to the wolves..Is it that far fetched to think that the playoffs are another 2 years away? I know he's a rookie and he's going to make rookie mistakes..but are we to believe that the mistakes will be soo drastic and massive that it effects a 2nd ranked defense? or it lastly effects JP himself..call me crazy but im not ready to give 2005 up just yet, IF JP STARTS FOR THAT MATTER
  20. For a team like the bills to come soo close to making the playoffs this year, are we ready as fans to accept the drop off? The Rookie mistakes, close calls, the shouldas , couldas, and wouldas of next season? OR..and this is a BIG OR.. Do we have the offensive staff with MM, TC and SW that can turn this kid into a bonafide starter next year that can pull off a miraculous Ben Rothelisberger type season? I mean he's MOBILE !! , rocket arm , intelligent, used to playing behind a crappy offensive line. With Evans and Mcgahee and hopefully a decent tightend and stronger offensive line with the guidance of Jim Mcnally..It can happen right? all im saying is, this team is too talented to drop off for a couple years now, the defense won't let it happen for one thing. I think JP can take us there, with a little bit of luck , an INTACT defense..and shear will of JP himself.. Is this wishful thinking? or can it be done?
  21. I think TD realizes that he has to do something now, because Ralph Wilson isn't getting any younger, and his patience has to be wearing thin especially now, being as close as we were this year.
  22. It's your typical sports media for ya..one day they love ya, the next day don't want anything to do with ya.
