    Here's my guess, he highly overrated the Broncos based on how they did last year and when they lost he took that as a sign of how good the Rams were. Odd conclusion, but it's the only way it makes any sense.

    You know, I'm not fond of those who are relentlessly negative either, but I think the sarcastic responses to this post were uncalled for. Unless you think the Bills played a perfect game (and if they did and could only beat the sadsack Dolphins 16-6, that's a sad statement) then I think areas that could use improvement are a legitimate topic for discussion.

    I thought it MIGHT have touched the ground, but I agree with you that it was a horrible overturn. There definitely wasn't a clear shot that showed it hitting the ground.

    I think Baltimore's team as a whole is strong enough to weather a few games if McNair is out. Boller is not a guy you want as a starter for the whole season, but at least he has some experience. The key for them will be having McNair healthy come playoff time.

    I'm surprised that Baltimore has been flying under the radar in the AFC. When I heard they got McNair I thought that instantly made them a contender. Of course, they'll be getting a lot of press now...

    Oh come on. Are you seriously trying to equate Tom Brady to Trent Dilfer? Look, I think what you say is true, the Colts would not be as good with Tom Brady as they are with Manning, but I also think the Patriots would not have won 3 Super Bowls with Manning instead of Brady. The guy's a choke artist.

    You're crazy. The expectation that all rookies should come in and be starters from day 1 is a bit unrealistic. Why not be happy that the Bills apparently got a steal in the fifth round, instead of being disappointed due to setting unreasonable standards for the Bills' draftees?

    And I think it's fair to add that they haven't played any games without Edge at RB this year, so let's not rush to say they won't be hurt by it (though I don't think they had a lot of choice).
