  1. as long as he is on the cheap Truthfully, he could be ok, but I'm not sure he fits this defensive style. He'd be more of a Spielman type in a traditional 43 defense
  2. EvanWilliams whiskey for 10 bucks a liter is a great deal PBR is one of my fave cheap beers, but Natty Light is the official beer of WVU students so thats up there too When it comes to wine, just about any of the local wineries have a great selection and product for under 20 a bottle
  3. Brandon hasn't even had a full season and you are throwing him under the bus. Why is it everyone we bring in that doesnt help us win the super bowl the next year the worst ever? This offseason and draft will be the benchmark for Brandon and the rest of the front office. How about we see what happens before we throw in the towel? Everyone has to start somewhere, you can't always bring in a proven person for every position? If that was the case, there wouldn't be an NFL draft or first time coaches.
  4. About 7 wins and a serviceable QB off the top of my head. The sky isn't falling just yet
  5. Because Jacksonville has a hard enough time filling their NFL games...
  6. then leave. I don't think you'll find any sympathy here.
  7. Just make sure she doesn't talk to it like I'm sure she talks to you...the machines can only take so much information at one time
  8. Formula for a Female pop sensation 1 decent looking jailbait female with an average voice + Slutty clothes and makeup - half of those clothes + a few songs about doing something naughty + (Her face allover the internet * 10) = $$$ for a record label Same ole crap, different face
  9. Wishful thinking by a Bills fan turned writer
  10. Hands down Garmin Nuvi. I can't think of a single unit I've used that I've liked better. They are small, portable, but work unbelievably well. The only downside to Garmin vs. any other GPS is that they can take longer to link up to the satellites than other brands. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList....mp;Order=RATING Here's a list from newegg.com they typically have them on special every week or so.
  11. I wonder if one of the mods can give him the title of "Bandwidth Waster" under his avatar. On second thought, if we gave it to him there are plenty others who would be just as deserving.
  12. McAfee would be nice. Great power, pretty accurate and can double as a solid punter. However, I have a feeling someone might burn a draft pick on him and it better not be Buffalo
  13. Gandy looked bad last night. His technique seemed very lacking. Granted he was going against one of the best pass rushers in the game right now so I would expect any LT to struggle. One thing I do notice different about Gandy as compared to his days in Buffalo is that he looks to be in much better shape.
  14. I'm pretty sure ESPN and the texas site both say 11....but perhaps you know more. You do realize that bowl game stats still count in college right?
  15. http://www.texassports.com/sports/m-footbl...istcarr.html#68 http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/player/profile?playerId=162410 You might wanna check the stats again and pick those toenails out of your teeth because I see 11 sacks in 2008 across 12 games.
  16. I'm pretty sure we saw the best of her washing the General Lee a couple years ago
  17. Yeah, the last game of the year he had a decent game. Other than that he didn't really show up at all this year with 47 tackles and 2 sacks. I've defended Kelsay since he was drafted, but when you're signed to be one of the cornerstones of the defense, you need to step up your game. He did not do that nor did he provide any evidence that he has the capability to do so. Kelsay is a pretty good player, but he's not Pro Bowl material. He is a strong starter that will start nearly every game for you and provide an adequate attack. He will NOT break any sack records or be a difference maker on defense. Personally, I think he is best used in a role that we currently have Ryan Denney filling, the utility DL player.
  18. Robert Royal is not the first TE in NFL history. Give Lonnie Johnson some credit
  19. NP, just saying that's whats floating around right now. The Texans would be smart to lock him up as their offense becomes increasingly more powerful. A few big moves by them this offseason and they could be a playoff contender easily
  20. Yes I understand how the tendering system works, but the last rumor I heard was that was going to be the compensation for someone to grab him. A 1st and a 3rd is indeed too high for a team like this to spend on a TE. Pettigrew at 11 is too high when there are other needs to be filled on this team such as DE, DT, LB that could be addressed at this pick. I know the Bills have a draft history of grabbing who they want regardless of their draft position, but with the needs on the table and the talent on defense in this draft, I find it hard to believe they'll grab a 15-25 talent player at 11 and pass up a top 15 pick on defense.
  21. to truthfully obtain this answer you would have to come up with a percentage of non athlete parents with disabled/sick kids and then compare it to the percentage of pro athletes with sick/disabled kids. I bet the proportions are close to equal.
  22. The problem with Owen is that he is an RFA which means the Texans have the right to match any offer or receive compensation, which I believe for him is a 1st and 3rd draft choice ( have not seen the NFL.com offical list yet) That is way too much to give up for him or any TE.
