Stl. Since you already have a degree, you cannot currently be considered in your first two years of college according to the goverment. I just did my taxes and got a huge refund by using the lifetime learners deduction for my MBA. However, everyone is right, its highly unlikely that anyone audits you for this alone. But I would go back and see how much the difference would be between what you get with the hope credit and the lifetime learners credit.

Would like to add that I've never seen nor heard of a Glock .22 cal before. However, there is a Glock 22 (model #) which is a .40 cal and the choice of most law enforcement agencies. If Sensabaugh is not being charged with any firearms violations, why put it in the story? Oh wait, so people see the word gun and read it and get the wrong impression.

not so much implying that Lynch himself is a bad person, but so far in 2 years he's made 2 dumb decisions that ended up in police investigations and now possible charges. The pot isn't that big of deal, especially since he hasn't tested positive and the amount they had on them only makes the possession a violation and a fine instead of any real ramifications. The gun charge could possibly be a problem, ie Tank Johnson and Plaxico Burress, and could cause a suspension if charged and sentenced. The league has been cracking down on this type of behavior and issuing suspensions for it. The question was, with their feature back possibly facing a suspension for poor decisions off the field, should/does character factor in more so for the Bills in their recruiting and drafting.

Not necessarily. I think character has a lot to do with it. If you're constantly getting into trouble off the field it can affect play on Sunday, especially if you are getting suspended by the league. We all know Goodell has been pretty strict with players as of late and if Marshawn get charged its a good possibility he gets suspended. Using Kelly, Bruce and the crew is a bit of a lopsided arguement because I don't recall them getting arrested that often and the league was under different management.

Money doesn't fix everything. I know they are going to get a nice settlement out of the deal, but perhaps the community showing support and wanting to do something nice for them might help as well. Even if this doesn't go through, just the gesture I believe would be greatly appreciated. One thing I do agree with though, I think it would be tough for the family to have the house rebuilt on the exact location, as well as it being the final resting place for 50 individuals. But who is to say the house couldn't be built at a different location?

If you want good Italian, check out Amici on Mulberry. tiny little hole in the wall, but great home cooked Italian food. There is a Turkish restaurant just off Broadway that is pretty good as well, but I can't remember the name of it off the top of my head. Off the island, I would recommend 5 Corners in South Ozone Park for good German food and some good brews.
