Wait, you mean players have changed position before??? no way No the point I'm making here is why are we going to draft a player in the first round to play at different position? While its not like moving a QB to WR, its still a major transition, you couple that on top making the transition to the NFL then add in the fact the guy has a poor work ethic and attitude and you've got bust written all over it. Well, truthfully, it depends on how you look at it. He does have good ball instincts and is always around the play. However, when it comes to defensive adjustments I don't think he's got that part down yet...which is one reason I prefer vets at MLB. I do think he could be more effective with an Dline that can hit someone behind the line of scrimmage for a change.

If anything is to be done with Roy Williams its move him to a coverage LB position....He's not much of a safety

Loper, not a bad OLineman out of Texas Tech. However, he has no career starts...that would concern me a bit. He could be great depth and challenge for a starting role.
