  1. If people think Bradford is too skinny to play QB in the NFL, they haven't seen Pike. Good QB, but pencil thin. He needs time to bulk up
  2. he's not limited, but most around the league don't see him as a 1 Tech NT so get off it already. He'll be a dominate 4-3 3 tech DT like Warren Sapp in this league though.
  3. I think no matter what happens at the top of the draft you're going to see Berry fall to at least 6th, unless the Bucs really think he'll change their defense.
  4. In Virginia, you'll be just fine with an all-season radial of standard performance, unless you plan on street racing or spend an extended period of time traveling at highway speeds. Brandwise, I tend to stick with name brands like Goodyear or Michelin on my cars just because I know the quality I'm getting. However, the offbrands I've never really had any issues with in the past either. One thing you don't need to waste the extra money on is filling the tires with nitrogen. Did it once and did not notice any real difference in performance or gas mileage. Just use air and make sure the tire pressures are always in the proper range.
  5. LMAO!!!! My wife would say the same about me though...I can always find a good deal somewhere in there
  6. I have to agree, unless you have your own tire machine, Costco or Sams is a great place to have tires done.
  7. When it comes to tipping, I usually give 20-30% of the total with tax depending on service and the type of restaurant. Really poor service will see about 15%, but it has to be exceptionally poor. I rarely tip when picking up food unless I know the people and they hook me up with a deal every now and then. Miley's (local bar) I typically drop the bartender a few bucks for my takeout order because they'll normally knock off a good chunk of the food total for me. When I tip at a bar, I typically tip pretty big my first round at a busy bar to ensure good service for the rest of the night then after that its typically a buck or two a round depending on what I order.
  8. Not worth it...even for Suh. If we were a DT away from a playoff run then you might be able to consider that.
  9. OH cmon, Andre Smith had some weight problems last year but he did well for Cincy....oh wait
  10. He wasn't coming here anyways, he wants to be back in Miami to begin with...
  11. Too far either direction and you're still a whack.
  12. I tried to explain that point the other night about Lynch being an average back. Too many people believe this tandem of Lynch and Jackson is something special, but we had 13 games last year to prove otherwise. Jackson has run for 4.5 ypc behind the same line that Lynch can barely squeak out 4. The one argument I keep seeing against Jackson is that he is already 28 and will be 29 next year, which for a RB is old. However, you might be forgetting that Jackson has only been in the league since he was 26 so he hasn't taken the pounding on his body like other running backs who have been in the league since they were 22ish. His body is fresher than most of his counterparts of the same age. We may not get a lot of time out of Fred, but right now he still is the best RB on the roster
  13. Who? No regrets here, I loved every minute of playing ball and being on the road and seeing the things I've seen. Like I said I'm just paying (monetarily) for them now.
  14. Couple of DINKs I see If I could go back and do things over, I would have gone military right out of HS and let the government pay for my piece of 45k paper. However, I had to chase my dream of playing baseball so I guess now I'm paying for it.
  15. College in an of itself is overrated and nearly as big of ponzi scheme as the Social Security Act. Wish I had back all the cash I spent on school to invest in my own business instead.
  16. In other words, spending money that goes back into the economy that ends up being part of the salaries of the people in the lower tax brackets? Here I thought they were lighting cigars with Benjamins just for the fun of it.
  17. Bah all this talk about making 250k...I can't even scratch 30 with an MBA so blah
  18. Bah you're right...wasn't thinking of them being tax deferred. My 401k was closed out this year (no longer with the company) which is why I got mine so early.
  19. That's quite odd. I'd be on the phone ASAP with them. All those forms had to be postdated 01/30/2010 and in the mail.
  20. check online if you can Jack...a lot of those places do the 1099 forms electronically now. You should have gotten all of that by now
