I highly recommend the Logitech wireless controller for the ps2. I have a madcatz Bills one and its ok...the battery compartment is in a bad spot though. The logitech is really comfortable and works great.

Dude...you have too much time on your hands. (j/king at least you are taking the time and really looking at the game then speaking instead of analyzing a box score like the vast majority of sports writers and critics) Actually, I bet if you looked around the league at all 32 QB times they'd all be between 2.9 and 3.2 for a mean. Like the others have said though, it not just time to the QB that is causing problems. There are other factors that need to be considered in this equation if we are looking at the mere physical aspects of this. 1. Where is the pressure coming from? Blindside pressure will cause more problems than frontside pressure in the same amount of time. 2. Type of play being executed. Generally, you'll have more time from snap to throw for a Play-action pass than a dropback pass, but these plays also take more time to setup. 3. Supporting cast. The quality of receivers and TE's vary dramatically from team to team. The Colts have a solid corps of receivers that help Manning make plays out of nothing. Brady has 2 solid TE's with reliable hands and an offense designed for quick passes. Losman on the other hand is lacking both big play receivers and a reliable TE. Then it comes down to the mental factor. Manning is being touted as a top 3 all time QB by numerous sources and is a proven winner in months that end in BER. Brady rode a hot streak to a Super Bowl win and never lost his confidence after that. JP on the other hand has been put in a situation with a less than stellar team, 2 coaches and pro style offenses in 3 years, an expectation of fans to be the next Jim Kelly and lead a mediocre team to a Super Bowl or else get run out of town. Now, I'm not saying that JP would be the next coming if he were playing for the Colts or Patsies, but I bet his numbers would be better.

You got a point there blue...the old fat PS2s are known for crapping out...havent had a problem with the slim one yet.

You can pick up a PS2 now for less than 150 brand new, but if you look around, especially after the PS3 comes out next week, you could probably pick up a decent used system with peripherals and games for that. Definately make sure whatever bundle you get has at least 2 controllers and a memory card. You're right Gamecube doesnt play DVD's and I always thought the controller for it was a bit complicated. Xbox is a bit better machine than the PS2, but with the PS2 you also can play all the PS1 games which makes the game library huge in comparison. Heck, if I can find enough scratch and get lucky enough to pick up a ps3, I got a less than 1 year old slim PS2 I'd be willing to part with for next to nothing.

Had a g/f that dragged me out on Black Friday. Dude all I can say, unless you are getting laid or some other form of copulatious gratification for it...stay home and order stuff online.

Was bored this afternoon at work so I decided to look up a few of the classic threads that you all mention from time to time.....OMG why can't Hollywood come up with comedies like these? From NJSue's homework threads, to Retatta, and Son of Satan you've got the some of the best unintentional works of comedic gold ever. My question to the long timer TBDers here, which classic is your all time fave? To the newer ones that have no clue what I'm talking about, use the sort feature at the bottom of the page and look up the posts with the most replies in the Stadium Wall Archives and read some of those threads. It'll open up a whole new level of TSW for you and let you in on a few of the inside jokes. My fave has to be the Retatta thread in the Baseball Forum...too many classic lines from Chef Jim and Alaska Darin.

Lets see, went to school with a bunch of the WVU guys that played from 2001-2004. Rasheed Marshall lived in the apartment next to me for a year. Quincy Wilson was a pretty cool guy I got to know in class. Chris Henry is the biggest thug wanna-be I ever met, glad he got booted from the team. Played hoops with Mike Gansey and Pat Beilen at the rec center a few times. A junior college buddy of mine went on to play in Croatia's Pro basketball league, Rok Smaka...tried to get him to walk on at WVU, but he didnt. Theres my little claim to fame I guess.

Beat me too this post...Gandy, Reyes, and McNally should be finding their own way home from Detroit this week. They obviously no longer deserve to be part of this team The left side has been a major weakness for a few seasons now and there have been no signs of it getting any better. JP is going to get killed if he continues to get that much heat from the blindside.
