By the same token, if the Bills beat the Jets, there will be less pressure to make a move. It seems clear the Bills want to make it through this season without further addressing the WR room. They had all offseason and had to know this is what they had all along. What team is built to be in blowouts? KC is able to deal with it the best, but only because of Mahomes.

I find it hard to believe the game outcome has anything to do with the trade. All sides are waiting it out, hoping someone will cave. The only way I can see the game outcome having an influence is if there’s a fan revolt because of the WR performance, and that really only is an issue with Buffalo. I wonder if Beane will be able to withstand the blowback if the WR group has a similar performance as the Texans game. It’s really on Josh to make it work like the first three games. He should be able to elevate those guys to at least be workable.

I have little confidence that Josh gets right against the team and stadium that has given him fits lately. The Jets corners will handle the Bills’ WRs and their LBs will be roaming the middle and taking that away. It will be a frustrating game to watch.

I don’t know that they have provided enough info to answer those questions, but I’m wondering the same thing, especially what the estimated ticket cost might be. I wouldn’t mind trying that out once it’s up and running.

Agree, but actually my BBFS says to expect a loss on an improbable play by Houston. But I also expect McDermott to have them really POed and ready.

I don’t think so. The Bills are in a much different position now as far as value in draft picks. Picks are much more valuable now. And they dumped Diggs because of the bad chemistry. They aren’t going to lose a high pick for another problem child.

As expected. But I don’t think the Bills would ever give up that high a pick for an aged receiver.
