The Superdome has a capacity of 83,000, and being a dome necessarily has a different layout than an open air stadium. My daughter said the same thing you did - the uppermost deck was frightening.
Sofi is 70,000 capacity. So, the Bills stadium being 63,000-ish should make it more compact, I would guess.
If there’s been a lack of design drawings, I just don’t see how people can make these sweeping generalizations about the new stadium. And for the plans that are out there (like the one embedded upthread), I wonder how they have been projected visually to show the seating and maybe distorting the visual because it’s difficult to project a stacked design in a 2-D drawing, if you know what I mean.
Besides, once it is built, there will be even more complaints - because you can’t please all the people all the time.
