The saddest thing is it seems like we are right where we were this time ast year. Way too many stupid penalties. WR not being set. Hitting a qb who sat down on the play, delay of game. This is an extremely undisciplined team. Another eerily, make me wanna puke, similarity to last year was the bonehead review of thew return, when he was obviously in bounds. A couple of the offensive play calls were a little to cutesy for my taste. Specifically the direct snap to Reed. I accepted quite some time ago that this was not going to be a playoff run kind of season, but I was hoping for progress. It looks like the rudder has fallen off the ship.

Kinda sounds like the Bears game to me. I bleed Buffalo Bills blue, (the old color), but from the game I watched, if Buffalo intercepts two, the offense still does jack with the ball, and we just get a little less pounded. Chicago flat out owned us. They are a good team that is playing well. They didn't write the schedule, and, yes, it has been pretty easy so far, but they are getting the job done.

With the recent history of the Bills on the road (except Miami of course ), I have a hard time getting too confident about any road game, but I never pick against the Bills.

Did you cosider white with the standing Buffalo, just kidding, it just reminded me of some old helmet threads. From the pictures presented, the blue looks better, and from a painting standpoint would be easier to do. I do think white with the logo you have would look sweet.

My fear is that it ends up being more of a Sam Cowart type of deal. Cowart just never really got it back after his injury. I just hope I'm wrong. I don't see Spikes "staging a protest". If he could play, he'd be playing.

I had this conversation at work the other day alomst exact same analysis. I arrived at ten and six, and then added in a few boneheaded losses in game we ought to have and arrived at 8-8. I hope we avoid the boneheaded losses. We have been through too many seasons of up and down play. I'm hoping the new administration, coaching, and Marv's "character" guys turn that around.
