  1. My college roomate was from Carrol, Iowa, and Lois is our age. I'll have to find out if he knows her.
  2. I don't love or hate Clements, but I would greet him like every other player of the opposing squad. A boo, but not an emphatic boo. I would hold back my boo for Spikes.
  3. This is by far the biggest load of tripe you have posted to date. I personally have never hunted, but grew up in the sticks of Allegany County, and moved all of the way to Cattaraugus County. I have been around hunters all of my life, and it is indeed out of the ordinary for hunters to kill a deer and leave it in the field. The comparison of dog fighting to hunting is unwarranted. My wife grew up in Pulaski Co. in Indiana, as rural as Allegany County in WNY, and she agrees. The hunters you know would not be welcome here.
  4. Et-whurs confidence is beewding. That is good for the Beews.
  5. It is amazing how long that could have been. I was sitting there thinking "There's now way he hits this (boot) as you said, DAMMIT.
  6. Until we are eliminated I hope. I can see the realities, but strange things happen. Who would have picked the Giants at this time last year?
  7. "The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here," little did he know.
  8. Yeah, you never see former stars from other teams on the sidelines, what a showboating tool.
  9. A players only meeting was Thurman's reccomendation on WGR.
  10. I'm not saying I'd hire the guy to coach, I'm just saying I don't buy the line of reasoning that the game has somehow passed him by. You seem to have a bit of Kelly hatred going on.
  11. I don't buy this reasoning. Football is football. And Jim Kelly knows football.
  12. We as Bills fans have become like a p-whipped boyfriend. You know the guy. His woman orders him around, belittles him, takes whatever she wants of his money and stuff, threatens to leave all the time, even cheats on him. She breaks his heart over and over and over again, but he never leaves, because she is his girl, and he "loves" her. Well our "girl" just embarrassed the He11 out of us in public again, will be cheating on us in a few weeks, as we sit home watching "her" play the Miami game indoors. We have been getting fleeced for over a decade now by mediocre teams with below average coaches. Whats that baby, no, I wasn't talking about you. Yeah, we can go out next Sunday. Yeah, I love you too.
  13. There were some key points in that game, when open meant wide open, and Trent was apparently the only person in the stadium that didn't see it. It wasn't a play after play thing with Evans just running around uncovered, but there were some opportunities that could have resulted in game changing plays with what would have been relatively easy throws to make that Edwards just plain missed. Either he stopped looking downfield altogether, or just didn't have the stones to pull the trigger, but from any seat in the house, he missed some opportunities with WIDE OPEN recievers.
  14. My fear is that the Republicans were the tornado.
  15. Count me as another that thinks labeling Lynch as ordinary is silly. In fact, we have no idea of what he is because our run blocking has sucked. It is a truism that he has singlehandedly gained most of his yards this year in less than advatageous situations. I won't go as far as to label the guy a superstar, but I do think the potential is there.
  16. There are alot of variables, one of the biggest being what they have been eating. I was raised on venison. I think I may just have to drive up to Hamburg and give this China King a try.
  17. Time will not allow Me to forget my hatred For the stupid fins
  18. SQUISH THE FISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  19. He apparently hasn't searched Flutie Flakes on Ebay. It's not too difficult there.
  20. I still have my unopened box somewhere. I remember on "Everybody Loves Raymond" there was a box on top of the fridge for a while.
  21. I like #23 Tanya
  22. It's a bit early in his career for this assesment. I think as the O-Line goes, so goes Lynch. He is not a quick slippery back who makes his own opportunity when there is no hole, but with a good run-blocking O-line he could do some major damage. He runs hard. He doesn't stop, and he rarely gets tackled going backwards. If we could evre see a real hole open up and get him into the field going full motor, it would be alot of fun to watch. Most of his yards are all his, just bulling through, when there is nothing. A lesser back would be stopped for a loss, when he gets 2, 3 or 4 yards. I would consider him wasted more than over-rated at this point.
  23. Bite your tongue! We're gonna beat the Chargers. I also think we missed McGee very badly. After Trent went down, the fumble and the Az TD, I was thinking, this just ain't our week.
