I had to go into work Sunday night due to the threat of idiot stupid patsies fans breaking stuff around the city. I have to tell you it was DEAD. There was no one around (at least around the Faneuil Hall area). Just a bunch of drunks here or there yelling, other than that, it was very quiet!! Unfortunately, I have to work again today, down near the parade...... I think, I think I'm gonna be sick.......

Get tickets between the 20 yard lines, in the lower bowl if you can. If not, the upper deck is better than the corners. I had three season tickets for the last 4 years, and have added a 4th next season. I have requested, and been told I will get it, seats in the lower bowl. I did the same thing as you, got three seats, one for my mother (die hard bills fan), one for me, and an extra in case someone else came along. Now, my mom got married (husband also a die hard fan), and I'm getting married in June, so my fiance has been going to the games for the last two years. I am lucky, I am splitting the 4 seats with my mom's husband.

The guy should have called the NYS Police, calling the department of which the guy was an officer probably slowed things down. If this is actually true (see above post).

Is this really a true story? I have to say, I have written many affidavit's in my career, and that one seems a bit off. Too much information in some areas, and not enough in others. There are bad people in every career though, even law enforcement. I like to think this guy was the exception.

I think you missed my point. I'm not saying the guys dog didn't do it. I'm saying the crime is a misdemeanor, and the crime of dog off leash is not serious enough for the police to arrest someone without witnessing it. According to the earlier post, the police were talking about the dog off leash. The dog attacking another dog, may or may not even be a crime, and if it is, it is probably a misdemeanor, and therefore must be committed in the officers presence for an arrest to be made. The owner of the dog can be charged with a crime, just not arrested.

Actually, its called "misdemeanor not committed in the officers presence" and it was created so that people can't acuse people of committing illegal acts that are not felonies, and get people arrested. Its a good standard.

I used to live in an apartment complex where a dog was always harrassing people and their pets. I used to spray the dog with mace, right in the eyes. I started to get worried that someone would figure out it was me doing it, because whenever I would be around, the dog would cry and go hide. It worked awesome! It was a big dog too. Not "snowball".

I doubt it, and I hope not, we suck at primetime games. I don't want the heartache.

Easy way to give him what he wants.... Tie one arm to a telephone pole on one side of the tracks, the other to the other side, and then let the family members of the people he killed go for a train ride. Train going 60 should take care of him. I have absolutely no sympathy for this ahole.
