I don't think intent is going to be that hard to prove in this case. He threw a brick at a person in a moving car!!!! I think everyone is confusing intent with premeditation. Intent is easy to prove, (he threw a brick at a person in a moving car!!!) premeditation would be difficult (premeditation is not necessary for this crime). First degree murder sounds about right to me.

I played Pebble Beach once. It cost me some serious dough, but it is all it is said to be. I also managed to play Oak Hill once, and Bethpage Black back before it was glorified by the US open.

Wow, look at this, just days after answering this poll, I have managed to inherit a few more guns... Two of them are pretty worthless, one is so beat up I can't even tell what it is beyond a shotgun. It is very old though, but in terrible shape. One is a 1884 Springfield Trapdoor rifle in amazing condition! This thing is really cool, I am planning on having someone look at it for me to tell me what it is worth (1000 - 2500) is my best estimate, probably closer to 1000 based on my luck. The last one is the one I like the most, a Lee-Enfield .303 No4 Mk 2 rifle from WWII. This gun was in service during WWII with the british. It is in extremely good condition and I plan on taking it to the range next week to shoot it. .303 ammo is kind of pricey though. So, add 4 more guns to my collection!

Thanks for the info. Awesome site also with lots of good info. I want to get the G27 (.40 cal) but it isn't an agency approved weapon, so I would be limited to carrying it off duty only. The G26 I can carry on duty as a backup or off duty as well.

I'm surprised they gave you such a low dose. Watch for a flare up on day six when you come off the meds. You might not have it as bad as I did though.

Got it really bad last year while pulling some nasty weeds/vines out of my front yard (just bought the house last year). I had it really bad on my face, eyes swelled shut, etc. Went to the doctor, and he prescribed a treatment of Prednisone that I took for 9 days (6 pills first and second day, 5 pills third and fourth, 4 pills fifth and sixth, 3 pills day seven, 2 pills day eight, one pill day nine, and then all done). Worked great, swelling/itching went away within 12 hours of taking the first dose. Downside was I had terrible night sweats for about 2 weeks after. Would wake up soaking wet with cold sweat. If I had to do it over again, I definately would! Go to a doctor if you have it on your face, genitals, or any large blisters anywhere. Whatever you do, don't listen to Rfeynman!

Anybody have any experience with the Glock 26? I'm thinking about getting one. I need a nice off duty/ concealed pistol. I have a J frame s & w but I sometimes feel like 5 rounds is not enough before having to reload. The G26 in 9mm gives me 10 shots.
