Why did we fire Wade in the first place?

It seems to me there are two things that make a kicker great: 1. He can boom the ball from way out, 50 plus for 3 points. 2. He never misses when the game is close or in question. Lindell is neither of these, and it doesn't look like he could be!

I am still haunted by that broken leg-I hope the guy isn't fragile... ...I will feel better after he gets through a few games of getting hit.

One of the most important things I believe is that you need to be a leader and to lead by example. I have been a manager for a large corporation and now own my own business. And as a manager, I have been able to do any task or responsibility as well as or better than my employees; and when needed, I pitch in. There isn't anything an employee respects and appreciates as much as having a boss who knows the job and gets his/her hands dirty. I have seen many good managers fail because they came from an outside business/industry and didn't develop or learn the skill sets of the people they were managing. Also, there has been very little advice about dealing with your boss, as a boos this changes. And here is my number one rule: Never go to you boss with a problem unless you already have a well-thought-out solution to the problem in mind.

If Lindell attempted the same kicks as Christie and Norwood, his percentage would be a lot lower. But if we had Lindell in the first SuperBowl, there would have been no wide right..the kick would have been out of his range

Roseland was near Canadagwa (I sure I didn't spell that right.) right? If that was the place, I don't remember much, but I know we were there a few times and loved it.

If you are very organized and like to plan things out, The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World 2004 Is the wya to go...we followed what the books says and we had a great time, but you have to really be dedicated to follow what the books says and stay on schedule, my wife was the driving force behind the schedule, left to me we would have been stuck in long lines...

I still have a Fantasy Island Deputy badge...the crooked house was great...while the Comet may be one of the best old roller coasters, the Wild Mouse always scared the sh** out of me...even the little yellow roller coaster was rough... I remember Black Rock Day at Crystal Beach every year. Where did the Crystal Beach Giant end up?

Did we even bring another kicker into camp this past year? I don't recall us making an attempt to upgrade, and Lindell was bad last year as well.

I think the trick play will be lining up in a formation that looks like one trick play and starts like it, but it isn't. A flee-flicker screen!

After the "Come Back" and the four straight SBs, I have learned to never give up, but I wasn't feeling too sporty after the NE beating...

Another Vote for NL Christmas Vacation. It will be on next week and I am going to TiVo it, but I couldn't wait and bought the DVD yesterday!

I live in Houston, and was watching the game with a bunch of Oilers fans...as the Oilers ran up the score they started playing the Oilers fight song and some other songs about Earl Cambell...I just kept drinking...and drinking...and drinking... The second half wasn't much fun for them...I was really drunk and really loud...I don't see many of those people any more...Gee, I wonder if it was somehting I said during the game...
