  1. And WEE-BILLS wobble, but they won't fall down! Who the fuk is with me?
  2. This is the 2nd time (Atlanta game) the opponent has lost multiple starting DBs and the Bills have refused to take advantage of it. I have lost a ton of respect for Mularkey & Co. And WHY OH WHY do they continue to send Willis into the waiting arms of Ted Washington??? BTW, Bennie Anderson is a BIG liability.
  3. Michael, you naughty capitalist! A practical way to make some bucks. Anyone who believes the Bills will win (or just cover the spread?) next week at NE is living in a dream world (which sounds like a fun place!)...
  4. The Bills defense made Kerry friggin Collins look like vintage Brett Favre today. It must have been tough for the Raiders to choose run or pass - both were quite lucrative today. Ugly stuff if you're a Bills fan.
  5. I am normally sort of amused when some player claims to be the best at his position. It is not usually a Bill doing that talking. Well, now we have the NFL's BEST CB and the BEST RB, and how did those 2 superstars play today? Clements, burned how many times??? Willis, perhaps 100 East-West yards? Keep talking, boys, pumping yourselves up. It is the ONLY way anyone will know that you are the best...
  6. I recall a couple of times when the twisted Killdrive split Sam Gash out wide. I seem to recall the unlucky DB being knocked out for a few plays. Maybe Peters split out wide could "Jason" a DB or two...
  7. Sorry for your loss. You are lucky to have enjoyed a cat for so long. I dearly love my cat and my dog (and my wife!). We lost a dog last year after he had been our pal for 12 years. It made me wonder what life would be like if dogs and cats lived to 75 or 80. That would be quite strange, I figure.
  8. There is a guy named Frank Caliendo who does a fabulous Madden impression, using phrases similar to yours. Hilarious stuff. Catch him on Jimmy Kimmel or Comedy Central. I have found Bill Maas to be among the best of the TV football announcers.
  9. If they needed Peters #86 to play tackle in mid-game, can an eligible receiver numbered dude be declared "in-eligible" for a play? Similar to the way Peters #71 would have to declare eligible to play TE (on a per-play basis).
  10. It seems to me that it is the scheme, i.e., players blitzing so much that they lose sight of the basics.
  11. Bryson did seem to have it all - speed and size. But it always seemed you could tackle him with a feather. Boom, down he goes. I never understood that lack of balance or whatever for such a large guy... Funny, he was faster than fellow Vol Peerless Price (and every other Bill) back then.
  12. Don't give us that TRUE Bills fan crap again. You sound like those people that brand anyone who disagrees with the president to be not a TRUE American. If our team sucks, we are entitled (by our emotional and monetary investment) to B word about it, and make our feelings known. You mention that the Bills players are not playing as well as they are able. What does THAT say about the team?
  13. They mentioned during the game that Villarial was sick. They did not elaborate, but maybe a flu bug, I suppose.
  14. Well, the Bills TRIED to give you guys the win today, but a rookie mistake (the fumble call could have gone either way, IMO) hurt the Fish. Ronnie Brown looks like a great young player, sad to say. Bills imploded on both sides, all 3 since ST does not help much.
  15. That must be it, because all the shows seem to have one, and Sharpe loves to yap. I can't stand watching those halftime shows. I've got Sunday Ticket, so when halftime starts, I set a kitchen timer for 12 minutes and check out other games. Today, I tried the timer for commercial breaks as well. 2:00 worked for most breaks, except the Fish timeout before Lindell's field goal. That was 1:30 long.
  16. Yikes, the "fishermen" just narrowly avoided having their heads removed by the fish! Some piss poor defense, some lucky breaks, Bills win. It's hard to be excited about a win like this, when the Bills tried to give away a win, can't get a friggin 1st down to save their live in the 4th Qtr.
  17. If the Bills OL had brought their pillows out there, that might have worked! Trying to jump over those big lugs may have slowed down the Saints marching in... Pillows, hmmmm. Anybody got the NFL rule book handy?
  18. It must be that Antonio Brown syndrome, where they look great in the pre-season and completely play like crap when the real games begin. Very sad for all the Bills fans out there. I was very disappointed by Mularkey's excuses after some losses, and have lost a lot of respect for the guy I felt was the right head coach for this team.
  19. I hate the way Clements puts on his little swagger whenever he makes a friggin' tackle. Like a "we bad, we bad" attitude. I think Clements will be franchised, gaining a 1st round pick to use on the O-line.
  20. Plenty of good seats still available up at Sun Devil stadium, or even at the new stadium (which is shaped like some odd barrel cactus). I live in AZ and I just kind of pity the guy when I see someone wearing Cardinals gear. But, ****, who am I to laugh now, being a friggin Bills fan? The Bills do seem to be imploding. I had really thought Mularkey was the right guy for the job, but now I am not so sure. Good luck with your new team. When Bill Bidwill passes away, though, there are Bidwill sons waiting in the wings.
  21. I think Gray's reputation took a small hit with his poor game planning vs Atlanta. When other teams have shown the way to shut down Vick, Gray showed the kind of inflexibility which makes for a bad head coach.
  22. Lionel Gates was inactive for the Falcons game. I wish they would activate him, give him a few carries, especially when Willis "needs to catch his breath"... When it comes to shabby blitz pickups, the departed Mr Henry was super-bad!
  23. I was very surprised to read this yesterday. The way JP has worked his ass off this year would seem to make him anything but selfish. Any thoughts on this, Bills fans?
  24. One of the worst things about this horrible game the Bills played is that Mularkey has fallen into that coach-speak jive that is all too familiar. I have lost a lot of respect for Mike after the way this game was mis-managed and then the spin control after the fact. Very disappointing from a coach who I thought had more guts than that. Taking Willis out "to catch his breath" is a load of crap, IMO.
