If I was the owner of a business and someone referred to my daughter in such derogatory terms he would have been canned. Business associates can be replaced but family not. Simple solution is what they usually do in management if someone is thought as valuable but not have the people skills necessary for day-to-day management - promote him to front office.

In my opinion what Jauron needs are some more advisers / assistant coaches with more experience. Bring in some older coaches who do not have the drive to do 80-100 work weeks but will serve as sounding board / review panel and team will make remarkable changes. Coaching is 90% hard work and 10% inspiration; the coaching staff works hard enough. They need more inspiration.
