Here's what I have decided to do.
BillsWatch replied to B-L&hotwings's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Commission for all team gear (except Cowpokes who negotiated a separate deal) is divided by all teams so I do not think the loss of sales from new gear will impact Ralph Wilson for quite a while. Parking lot revenues and season tickets for club seats are a big deal however. -
Okay folks, time to focus on the International Bowl!

Jimmy's Old Town Tavern in Herndon, VA is having the game on with large screen tv and a Buffalo east as well. http://www.conradclan.com/jimmystavern/images/01-03-09.jpg -
"Decent source" - hah! Have this pinned every time Skooby posts about a "decent source. He did same crap on other boards.

Or should go hang themselves and be buried in Miami colors. At least while they are struggling with noose they will not be running their mouths off.
-
Easy to say if you are not a season ticket holder. Tear up your jerseys, your t-shirts and everything else and mail it to him if you are so adamant.
-
If a team is hosting Pro Bowl or Super Bowl they get the largest portion of tickets to sell as well as right to sell suites. You think they sell these seats cheaply? Teams have also used potential and promised Bowl game to leverage money for stadium and road improvements out of local and state governments. In addition the host city gets tremendous amount of revenue from tourists and press which is why they make the bids in first place.

Try using Google to search TSW, it is indexed by Google. Do not know where thread in question is.

Once again the source is PFT; listening to that is like eating from Skooby's bowl. -
Coaching choices for the Bills

Only if he brought you as consultant but no front office, even Detriot's, would be that foolish. -
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3798734 The Pro Bowl will be played one week before the Super Bowl in 2010 and both games will be staged in Dolphin Stadium, a person directly involved in the decision told The Associated Press on Monday. What a slam of Hawaii and all of the support they have given to Pro Bowl. What a gift to Miami Dolphins finances; now new owner and team will get money twice, money which entire league earns.

Looking at the Coaches across the NFL
BillsWatch replied to WVUFootball29's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I an not a bigot asswipe. It is wrong to be prejudge anyone by the color of their skin whether they are black, white, yellow or red. If the rule is to allow competition than it works both ways. -

Interesting how Rooney Rule applies for one coach and not the other. -

I did not know you were the fan of the Zebras. Do you collect trading cards? What jersey number do you wear? Have you started your fantasy draft yet? -

One thing I will say that Sullivan is expert on "blow". If I lived in Buffalo I'd send a letter to editor stating I was terminating my subscription to Buffalo News since they continued to employee him after multiple years of losing articles but I don't live in Buffalo and do mot fund that poor excuse of a newspaper I won't. -
The upside to obesity, using fat for fuel

Oh I understand regulation of use of former human parts. Look what happened in NJ with diseased parts being recycled into live people. I do like the last line in article - he closed his practice and moved to South America. I am sure in Argentina he will find lots of patients for his practice. -
Jobs Available : Syracuse Research Corp
BillsWatch replied to Just Jack's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Took a look at website. Only 51 jobs listed with 5 interns, some termp and a bunch of new grad/entry jobs. Maybe website maintainer is same one of Bills and is out of date / wrong many times. Shame since I have been wanting to move back since i left in 1985. -
No the search does not work and Seattle still needs to interview per Rooney Rule even as in many job interviews deck is stacked. Probably some assistant who will work for new coach will interview.

Merry Christmas Scrooge -
I do not wish him well career-wise for I hope he goes to a NFL East foe and plays 16 straight games for several years and we recoup benefit. Nothing against JP himself but he made it through college on his arm, he worked hard in Buffalo but does not grasp the fundamentals and that is NOT coaching staff issue. I do hope some of "Losman is a football god" fans follow him wherever he goes.

Problem appears to be more related to 3-4 defense than offense in general although the Bills Offense has been offensive for years. They need find a way to attack 3-4 defenses. Oh and will not get into the go-no go polls since they have as much significance as fantasy or madden football.

I missed game since I was tutoring my daughter. I'd like to see the game but NFL site is terrible at listing when games will be replayed and only time I watch NFL Net is when live or replay game is on (certainly not worth paying for all year long). Anyone got schedule for this week? For today on web tv guide states: 249 NFLNET: Wednesday, December 24 1:00 PM Sports non-event, Football Miami Dolphins at Kansas City Chiefs From Dec. 21, 2008. 249 NFLNET: Wednesday, December 24 1:00 PM Sports non-event, Football Miami Dolphins at Kansas City Chiefs From Dec. 21, 2008. Nothing for evening 8 PM and 9:30 PM games.

Toyota projects first operating loss since 1941
BillsWatch replied to RLflutie7's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
There is difference between well managed and not well managed governments of all types. Japan's in general is well managed and manages to mitigate the problems of socialist societies which is workers not willing to work hard since there is very little gain because it is not a Christian society and its combination of Buddhism and Shintoism strongly encourages hard work and working together rather than the "to winner gets the spoiled" attitude in US. -

You are too wise to post on this board. I was friends with lady who was one of representatives on the trade board to deal with inequity of market availability between US and Japan. Compared to US Japan is basically a socialist country where market shares inside Japan are divided up by government and in order for US products produced in Japan to get in someone basically has to give up a portion of their market share. The entire economy is designed to cooperate inside but compete outside. Great for Japan but not free trade by any means.
