Has anyone else heard about any other arrests in this "riot"? It would odd to have a "riot" as described by one report but no other arrests especially since the "riot" was the direction he was going towards and stopped. P.S. I doubt he'll read this thread or even this board. More likely he reads his college football board.

Bills meet with CB Vontae Davis?...... Really?

I have avatars turned off. Let me guess is it a box of Summer's Eve? -
Forget Pro Fiction Talk - Jackson has already been back for offseason program so he will not be skipping "entire offseason program" as the fiction writer says.

The Terminator appears to be drawing down rating of Dollhouse rather than helping it as originally planned for by schedule. I think Dollhouse is getting better when Sarah Connors series is losing focus especially without special effects money.

Echo what Fezmid says both about ads and desire.

Exaggeration is a tool of the limp minded when repeated shouted weak arguments fail. -
Maybe it is one poster with multiple personalities. I have been on boards including TSW where posters argued / replied to self for attention.

Will you change your nickname to Dick of New York if you are your old, tired line is wrong? Why? That jumps a heart. Does not help the soul. -
Report: Lynch suspended three games

Yeah there is no difference between a gun in the pants brought to a club and a gun in a bag in the trunk. -
Fred Jackson shows for conditioning

He must have signed the usual injury contract; maybe he bought extra insurance telling insurance company he was worth more now with Lynch suspension. -
http://news.yahoo.com/s/time/20090409/us_time/08599189030800 http://www.babcockranchflorida.com/ An NFL lineman turned visionary developer today is unveiling startlingly ambitious plans for a solar-powered city of tomorrow in southwest Florida's outback, featuring the world's largest photovoltaic solar plant, a truly smart power grid, recharging stations for electric vehicles and a variety of other green innovations. The community of Babcock Ranch is designed to break new frontiers in sustainable development, quite a shift for a state that has never been sustainable, and lately hasn't had much development. "Some people think I got hit in the head a few too many times," quips developer Syd Kitson, who spent six years in the trenches for the Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys before entering the real estate business in the mid-1980s. "But I still believe deeply in Florida. And the time has come for something completely different." For those who do not where this is it is in Charlotte County, between St. Petersburg and Ft Myers. You know if it is a success the engineers who designed will not be from Florida which has some of the worst schools. Until a hurricane destroys it and US has to pick up costs like most of development in Florida.

NFL teams using Facebook to investigate draft prospects
BillsWatch replied to bills44's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
One thing that article fails to mention that it is possible to pull up historical information from alternate sites so prospective players (or more likely their agents) who scrubbed their pages or asked their friends to can still be shown information which they would rather keep buried. Facebook claims more than 200 million users but the actual number is quite a bit less with many people with multiple pages, closed accounts, etc. so NFL adding some phony pages is not surprising. Many companies do similar fishing expeditions in recruiting trying to get information from rival companies. -
Free Taco from Taco Del Mar on Tax Day
BillsWatch replied to BillsWatch's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Thanks for correction. I do not eat Mexican usually but fish tacos sounds like something Californian. Is this place any good? I assumed it was Taco Bell and a couple other chains owned by same company like Chilis/Macaroni Grill, etc. -
Are you friends with SKOOBY?

Report: Lynch suspended three games
BillsWatch replied to TimGraham's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Lynch probably got penalized for this he was initially charged for and they could not stick as well as things they did not penalize on (supposed MJ joints). NFL does not have to use same standards as court. -

Who is this Tim Graham person posting without checking first? -
My memory from college is old, grizzled and fuzzy like I am. It does not look like my memory but considering I went when it was dark and was dropped off my memory may be wrong. Considering it was made a historical building in 1979 and I went there once in early 80s I am really not sure. I have never been to that club as far as I know but that was almost 30 years ago. I remember it being "West" part of city but since I was coming from Amherst corner of Buffalo (main street campus) this is "west". It sat around 200 with a wrap around bar. Thanks for the site anyways, I love jazz and Buffalo was always called one of the birthplaces of jazz for a reason.

Eugene Parker (Peters' Agent) Track Record

Do they represent the Patriots*? -
"Taylor still can't stomach the idea of playing for the New York Jets." according to Graham and is talking to Miami despite reports Miami has no interest. He also 'The six-time Pro Bowler recently said at another Jason Taylor Foundation event he would have a hard time playing for the New England Patriots"* but Bills do not even get a mention in article despite Bills inquiring about him. His heart is a Dolphin but Bills do not get a mention. Hmmmmmm. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4053572

Do not remember name of club anymore but not the Tralf. It was on the west side and was a club since 1920s. Dizzy was scheduled to be in area on some other business and called up manager who he was old friends with wondering if he could turn his trip into a business trip. Manager told him no problem, he could sell out the club even in short notice which he did using almost no press and these mimographed sheets with picture of Dizzy playing the sax. You read right - the sax. Evidently Dizzy blew some sax as well as the trumpet according to the manager to relax.

Both played in Buffalo, Valby at UB and Dizzy in a little club in downtown Buffalo. The thing is I did not pay for either. For Dr. Dirty I did some work for setup/cleanup and got a free pass. For Dizzy the club owner's employees shopped at store I worked in and would call in orders; I was only person who ever bothered to put everything together, write a detailed list and total it from them so they could pay and run. I had to stand but after show when everyone swamped the bar I went to his table and asked him if he needed anything. Threaded crowd and brought him a pitcher of water. Owner told me I could have taken one of the mimographed sheets off the wall and gotten an autograph but I never thought about it. Imagine how much it would have been worth now.
