Sierra Club and SPCA would complain. Sierra Club argument has merit but SPCA's doesn't - some rabid mongrels should just be put down.

Just watched the cliff hanger / series finale to Reaper and I was a bit disappointed. It appeared they tried to have both season ending episode AND a cliff hanger so they could have both but we got neither. It all seems to rely on faith, a faith in good things coming to good things. It was mostly CW's fault scheduling it against American Idol - if they were going to throw a show to the wolves they should have thrown a wrestling show at it. Here is an article on canceled show and fairest chance that it could continue. http://tvseriesfinale.com/articles/reaper-...d-season-three/ There is a slim chance that Reaper could continue in first-run syndication. ABC Studios, who produces the series, is currently gauging interest. If they are able to keep the show going, it may have to be without Labine’s Sock since the actor’s signed onto a new FOX sitcom, Sons of Tucson. It’s unclear if Labine’s Reaper contract would still mandate his returning to the show if it moved to syndication. Of the episode, the actor (Labine) said, “I don’t want to give away any details of the finale, but I can say that it won’t leave you frustrated if we don’t come back. It should leave you feeling like you could go off and imagine what the rest of Sam’s life would be like. I thought that was really clever because when they wrote this episode, the writers weren’t sure if they were writing the end of the show or the end of the season. So I thought it was a good move on their part.”

I am expecting to watch "According to Jim" in reruns on cable. Some network will pick it up. -
Farewell to Our Favorite (and Not-So-Favorite) TV Series

That list was composed of only the big 5 (CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX, CW) channels. There were a lot more shows canceled than listed on the site - "Stargate Atlantis" is one on SF and I am sure there are on a number of others. It amazes me how many original plotted shows are on Cable. -

Anthropological evidence shows some coexisting for a period before rapid drop in findings of fossils. Reminds me of American Indians in US - twp populations with one with technology advancements and a new disease other group could not handle. -
According to Don Pompei http://nbcsports.msnbc.com/id/30851442/ Quarterbacks The two best are Rex Grossman and J.P. Losman, a pair of former first-round picks who bombed out with their first teams. It is interesting that no teams up to this point have tried to turn these players into reclamation projects. We have seen many passers fail with their first team only to find themselves with a second team later in their careers, and it is possible Grossman or Losman could be one of those players. There is a trend among teams to go with two young backups rather than to bring in a retread, however. Rumor is his real name is KC Joyner.

It is not just dome for Buffalo. A great deal of it is the lack of hotels not just for fans attending games but press, marketers, staffs, etc who go to city during period between end of playoffs and Superbowl. Even Jacksonville needed to have cruise ships anchored off coast to have Superbowl. If you do not believe me look at how many hotels are full just on Memorial Day weekend.

Recovering just for TREATING for plantar fascilitis can take many weeks if person actually does not have it. I had a doctor suspect a problem with my foot was that and in a few short weeks of treatment I was basically crippled. He said 'That should not have happened' and did a MRI. Problem was not plantar fascilitis but a cyst surrounding ankle bone. Recovery from plantar fascilitis treatment took weeks before he had surgery done to remove cyst. The condition of plantar fascilitis appears to be one of the symptom diagnosis conditions rather than test determined conditions hence hard to cure. -
LOL The Bills should stop paying their own staff and just listen to various fan boards whether they should sign / cut / pay players. I'd say same thing about calls in game but there is no way Bills can react as fast as opnion on boards game days.

http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/9586094...7s-dirty-secret Illegal contact between teams and representatives for pending free agents remained rampant prior to the start of this year's signing period. Such tampering with players still under contract makes it difficult for clubs to re-sign their own talent. It also puts those few teams that actually follow NFL guidelines at a distinct disadvantage. Goodell himself knows there's a problem. That's why NFL owners are expected to vote upon a tampering proposal at this week's league meeting in Fort Lauderdale. The amendment would create a five- to seven-day window before the start of free agency for teams to speak with players from other clubs. While no physical exams could be given or contract agreements reached, at least franchises would know the financial parameters being discussed. But unless the provision carries a stiff penalty for teams that tamper outside the window — which is inevitable in such a competitive league — the new policy will be the equivalent of placing a band-aid on a gaping wound. I think whatever new rule which is made the cheating teams will benefit and honest teams will be harmed.

According to what I have heard is Lester is extraordinary on film breakdowns for games. Butler and Williams both mentioned they had great film breakouts when they were in Buffalo.

NFL Network and Comcast close to a deal?
BillsWatch replied to Lori's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Nope. Lifetime is on another level. The reason why the other channels are on basic and NFL Network is on another tier is because the others have more history with networks. Some of them are carried in agreement for another channel the cable network wants or as a set and cable network wants one and needs to get set to get that channel; others pay cable network to carry it like some of the shopping channels or are mandated by local government as part of the cable network getting rights to be cable provider. Now if they were to drop another station as part of agreement to put NFL Network on that might work except that NFL Network monthly fee to carry it is significantly higher according to new reports with it being the 5th highest cost; even if they got new subscribers (that is only reason why cable companies add the programming, new subscribers) it may cost them other subscribers who do not want to miss their old channel(s). Oh and I did not state I do not watch it. I have watched NFL Network on occasion. I was listing the pros and cons arguments not my opinion or whether it benefited me or not.
