Who cares if he and Romo were not getting along or even press focused on it to sell advertising? Until he and Edwards are not getting along it is not an issue and so far we have not seen it. And TO has been blocking, that has not been an issue for him. The only issue has been the drops, something TO has had all of his career but I think it is a bigger issue with Bills due to the toe issue which kept him out (or he choose to keep him out not wanting to play) in preseason which I think has hurt him getting in sync with offense.

The Annual "How'd we do?" survey

Good those were not taken. I just think it is a shame that people are raiding fellow tailgates. -

As what SDS said along with some stuff taken off prize table. -
Your contributions are so valuable you should sign Eugene Parker as your agent and not post again until you are paid properly!

Evans is not going to be teaching Hardy or Johnson route running so if we need another WR to step up, it will need to be Owens who who teach and show them the little extras this year. Evans as a WR appears to be a bigger Parish with hands or a Peerless with more consistency rather than a WR who will take over games able to do all kinds of routes well. The choice to stay or go will be up to TO - if he can handle games where game plan is not to constantly go to him and has a reasonable salary request for next contract he'll stay otherwise he'll just move on taking credit for any improvement or saying he all he could do in Buffalo. I think TO wants to beat Jerry Rice's TD record and this means having enough time left in league and catching enough TDs to do this.

If you were not at the TBD tailgate

Considering he does not want to prosecute, according to one report, it seems likely. -

Regarding the Band: I am one of the few who probably did not like the band. There was no need for band to play recorded music when they were not playing, they were too loud and gave me a headache, seemed to think they were auditioning as commercial announcer and the attempts at getting people to come over reminded me of the mid men at fairs. On the good notes it did seem to attract attention but I am not sure it helped the site. The sound system did make it easier to hear raffles and such. If the tailgate is going to have a band next year I'd recommend putting them to side more so there is some areas with less sound. It did appear that it was a bit cramped compared to last year. It was nice to see Rockpile let his hair down. T-shirts were of course great and maybe we could hang previous years' shirts up as part of history display. Steve's ribs were outstanding as always as was Mrs. Meade's Stromboli. Community gril definitely will help everyone spend more time what we are there for (no not beer) socializing and catching up with friends. Too bad so many regulars could not come. I understand that the late game affected the ability of some people to get back from game at reasonable time but it gave so much more time and weather was great. File this as a lessons learned: It is really a shame that some decided to steal from our tailgate when we were away. After announcements next year we need to make sure we put things away. I know Hammer has people protecting the cars but a tailgate on side of road is a prime target for thieves. -
The best solution is one in which the kids do an extremely embarrassing public punishment both to get the kids to understand this was NOT funny and to prevent them from doing the usual bragging about geting away from punishment. It also would also further NFL goal of drawing line between lawful and unlawful expression of fans.

Final Two Bills Drive Tailgate Information!
BillsWatch replied to SDS's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Most of the PPP are like defanged rattlesnakes - they make a lot of noise to scare you but otherwise harmless. I would not be surprised if they did a childish prank though of spray painting graffiti on car though. -
HOLY SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIII

According to video you are at leat a year older than I thought, maybe two. Nothing Bills related. -
Langston maybe but Dockery? He got a huge signing bonus and got paid again by Washington. Bills could have released later, could have publicly questioned his work ethic, etc. Charley Casserly mentioned Dockery was studying game tape every Monday - Washington's game tape. As demonstrated by Dockery's public comments his heart was not in Buffalo even when wallet was.

Arkansas education: I'm from Arkansas: people used to wear buttons that said, "As me about our Governor." And when article stated "as Western New Yorkers" I was thinking of Pace commercial "New York City?" and all of those Lon' Gislanders, Staten Islers, etc in NYC. I have dealt with enough of them to know they are not all or even majority WNYers. Maybe in some small groups they are majority but not in NYC.

You know how it is, there are more important things - getting a beer, getting rid of a beer, having an illegal nicotine inhalation, doing wave when on offense, etc. The worst time for 12th man support from stands is right after 2nd half intermission.

2 Suspects Identified in McKelvin Vandalism
BillsWatch replied to Bad Lieutenant's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They should be made to wear teal and orange jumpsuits and made to work everyday on road picking up trash during and after ever home game. It will give a lot laughs to McKelvin and crew to see them after getting out of work. -
http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/9505504...-Cox,-Henderson Jaguars have placed defensive end Reggie Hayward on injured reserve and elevated cornerback Kennard Cox from the practice squad. Cox, a seventh-round draft pick by Buffalo in 2008, signed with Jacksonville in December. He was waived this month and signed to the practice squad. Cox spent time on Green Bay Practice squad as well.

Not That This Had Relevance To The Outcome
BillsWatch replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No. Check game thread. "Just give it to them" was stamping on band around stack of bills. -
According to league policy, only certain types of players are allowed to sign to the practice squad: Players cannot have played (active) more than nine regular season games Players cannot been on the active roster for an entire year Players cannot be allowed to spend more than two seasons on the same team's squad unless that team's active roster never dips below 53 players. Article XXXIV, Practice Squads, Section 4, Eligibility. I'd copy and past text but they made it a PDF image now

You can be sent back to PS after released. The Bills have done this several times but player is subject to wavers.

It would be nice if more linemen and less QBs and WRs worked in studios. If they did they could show diagrams showing how far different lines are spread out, difference in distances and whether zebras call penalties the same, etc. Jaws occasionally mentions line work but only generally.

Freddy played a great game and played well at end of last but he needs to show he can handle the number of plays a RB gets before he is labeled as a #1 back. Of course as soon as he is if Jason Peters is his model he will skip training camp and off-season workouts, show up late out of shape and demand his contract be reworked.

I was wrong about Jauron telling McKelvin to bring it out
BillsWatch replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sounds like same Mularkey we heard regarding Titans game where Bruce DeHaven got roasted by fans when players were schooled repeated to stay in lanes. Like in politics people blame whomever they previously rant against no matter what happens. To me it reminds me of Nate's bone headed play when all he needed to do for win was knock down ball and he went for self glory. It is all on Leodis McKelvin. -
Don't strain a groin jumping up and down cheering.

Because Bills changed to double back coverage late in game.
