If the NFL imposed such a rule on teams like they did 5 hour rule then this would definitely help independent tailgate lot owners unless the communities tried to force them to get licenses and follow same rules.

My daughter's school at one point INSISTED I put my cell phone on my daughter's information form or emergencies. When I told I did not have one they said every one has one even kids. The lady could not grasp the concept of someone without a cell phone. I finally just put the phone number of the front school office on it and she did not even notice what the number was. I got same notice about Geosystems closing down. My wife bought one of the NuWave's oven and it works great. The hearing thing I bought after her persistent bugging of me does not work at all.
