In order for a punter to get into hall of fame he needs to be able to part the seas or solve the national debt. Voters are so against them being in they ought to just state they are ineligible.

Anyone know what we are paying Chan?

I think you have Donahoe on the brain. It does not fit Nix's track record. -
1. No opening in Washington, Philadelphia or New York so he could have his team beat Wade's team twice a year 2. He did not know you were still hanging around Bills fandom 3. He has not been listening to Buffalo or national press

Ok chefs and cooks, I got some scallops...
BillsWatch replied to Just Jack's topic in Off the Wall Archives
A tip from my wife - bake them before you cook them. Marinate them in your favorite lite baste. Chef Jim's sound good. Baking gives them a better texture in stir fry dishes and you do not need to cook them that long. -
Lots of top notch doctors trained at UB medical school who have specialities even more important than sports medicine in Buffalo area. There are lots of research doctors who get called in by the sports medicine doctors. The Kevin Everett situation more connected to Ralph Wilson's donations than UB in that case however.

I think Trent still has some game left but will need to have a solid OL for a while to get him back into rhythm again and a system which suits him well. As a back up QB he is certainly palatable but I think he needs to backup a decent QB to pick up some of the nuances he is missing while he get his feet solid again. I do not think he can carry a team like he was expected to do in Buffalo. P.S. Please no horizontal line of characters without spaces - it makes it difficult for some to read screen.

What I heard from a few retired players is Buffalo has a top notch medical department with ability to call in specialists from all over Buffalo including medical schools who actually will drop case load/work/classes when Bills call. It was like that as far back as 1980's when I worked in health science library and would get urgent calls from doctors who needed certain textbooks for emergency trip to stadium. If I was an older player who was worried about quality of medical care Buffalo would be high on the list.

Warner set to retire tomorrow; is he a Hall of Famer?
BillsWatch replied to Lori's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He also played in dome which pad stats and rating and took advantage of Tom Brady era rules of more hands off so you are not comparing equal stats. He belongs in Hall of Fame on 1st ballet assuming a more qualified QB (i.e. Farve) does not decide to retire and stay retired this year. -

It was. Search for posts in news groups. I was very active in it during Superbowl run. The interface may not have been dumbed down so children can post but internet was around before 1st browser. -
Gailey hires five for staff; retains two

You wouldn't be Coach Tuesday if you weren't so negative. -
None of our coaches were worth anything according to the wall (same thing for front office and players also) so obviously it was a mistake for any other team, especially a well run team, to sign any of our coaches and if their front offices were not incompetent they would have fired the head coach on the spot for doing that. [Channeling the wall here]

Get the OL. No rookie QB is going to be able to sustain his composure dealing with Buffalo's fans and media before he even needs to deal with rushing defenders. Unless the QB is from a northern state and has played in a pro style offense he is not going to be ready anyways with first season. To add to it the likelihood of a QB, in particular, holding out due to changes in free agency rules going offense line makes most sense. If the Bills draft a QB it should be in latter rounds, a QB who is capable of playing in another role whether it is PR or KR, possibly a TE if he is one of those huge QB prospects or a slash role if Bills go in that direction. The Bills players will be learning a new system and plugging in a new QB is a recipe for disaster.

They may give him a job doing film work, something which he excels in, while not making him be a coach. Sometimes I think the teams become like the movie industry with too many credits. -
You would think this would have more play than a dumb comment on tweeter. Tweeter is designed for today's attention span.

Bills Now Having Trouble Finding DC
BillsWatch replied to box0life's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
When a coach is not employed by NFL before he accepts position he is under no obligation to not contact anyone about potential jobs including their agents and anyone who does agree has no legal binding. The NFL has not yet restricted potential coaches from talking to anyone yet except those who are employed by NFL or those receiving severance pay from NFL. I am sure the NFL would like to restrict this just like the IRS would like to tax for air. The employed coaches still under contract are in a different situation - they could be charged with breaking a contract with a team could even attempt to cut them 'with cause' and try to get a ruling they did not have to pay remaining salary. -

I do not think every one got one of those. Ralph must have good marketing intel to know you prefer it that way. -
Tired of all the negativity.....

Nonsense! I am on a program which was supposed to be operational 6 years ago and they are still working on it with massive changes and management team is still in place and moved up in company. Lots of people moved on but aside from management team who were promoted to other hotter programs (meaning more discretionary money) none of the management got bounced and I work on multi-million dollar project. Management generally protects itself and unless there are outside mandates it does not change. Well if you are no longer a Bills fan change your username and not bother posting. Bills Fandom is not like a job you keep despite disagreeing with management because it pays the Bills. -
How do the Bills screw up the draft every year??
BillsWatch replied to Thurman8125's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Stop looking in your crystal ball. The Bills do not have the ability look into future using hindsight. Other teams pass up players Bills pass up as well and were attempting to draft players Bills picked. -
Hour three and hour four sound interesting. Will there be streaming of the commercials?

It should just be replaced with "Sun Stroke" stadium.

Marty interested in John Guy's old job?

A number of the coaches have already got offers from other teams at same level as they were coaching for Bills - what does that tell you about their ability? It means other teams thought they were best candidates available.
