The NFLPA strike / new rules also limited amount of time for contact practices hence time any QB had behind the OL to practice.

Lots separates the 10-20 talent - teams' opinions about them. All teams do not evaluate players the same way. How many players who have been guaranteed to be in top 10 and sitting in studio have waited while they were passed repeatedly by teams. Guarantees are worth the electrons they are written on.

Lots of teams looking to trade up a few slots if a player they really like is on board and they someone else may pick. It is unlikely to happen before draft day. Question is will any team do a "Vikings" and miss putting in their pick prompting a team trying to pick fast and bypass them.

This is a bunch of bull. Indianans and Detroit got them but they have a lot more hotels and local large businesses to carry financial load. Jacksonville got it but needed floating hotels to have enough capacity. Buffalo does not have the hotel space required by NFL.

What is the established value of your opinion? If you are going to take a bet you need to know value of the bet, the odds. Did any scout's assistant ask your opinion? Do you have insider on what other teams boards looked like? Do you know how many times Kiper has been absolutely wrong when he declares a player a lock and player stock 'drops' for absolutely no reason? Troup has been described by many coaches as a gym rat but hurt his back - I guess Kiper and you both knew about the upcoming injury and just failed to start a betting pool. It is REAL EASY to declare something as 'fact' after something has occurred; teams weigh various inputs not only games and measureables like reps, speed, weight, etc but medical evaluations, interviews with players and all those details which actually are involved in picking players.

NLFPA will do nothing to make players who sign and to not fulfill contract terms. To those Jason Peters apologists / balls tongue bathers he was under no duress to sign contract when he did - he did it because he wanted money immediately and later when he could get more money considered that fact he signed a contract inconsequential.

Perhaps they should try him as an extra lineman like some teams use; put him as 2nd guard and kick tackle out one.

Not sure that is bad. There is a lot of chaff in the wheat who will never be happy. I'd rather the chicken littles and negative nancies just find another team to harass.

I was talking the block he made during that play in backfield which the announcer mentions - allowing the play to be made. I said nothing against David Nelson.
