  1. Close is I could move it using google maps tool.
  2. New website on the way, original was taken down by COX after 13 years, Dealing w/appendix taken out in emergency surgery and they fixed a hernia as well while they had me open. I'll admit it, I submitted change to Google Maps and they nudged it to current location.
  3. I think if Potter is more than a kickoff specialist (can play on special teams, hold, etc) he sticks. Supposedly he is not JUST a kicker.
  4. This in my opinion hurts the momentum of the Bills - yes it encourages season ticket sales but if all of the tickets are sold out to those who will just sell them to others raise the price on the first half of the season.
  5. Not a lot of celeberties but a few: James Earl Carter (Bumped to 1st class and sat next to him) Dizzy Gillespie - served him water once in one day show in Buffalo in early 80's (long story but was not working there but guest of manager, after show during which no one made a sound there was a rush to bar for drinks and staff was swamped. Walked up to table, asked if needed anything and he said "Water, just water. I am a little parched." Went to bartender station, told bartender the star needed some water and was given a pitcher of it and several glasses of ice. I returned with water and a couple appreciative words of his music. Manager saw what I did and asked me after show why didn't I ask for an autograph. Told him I was too much in shock. I could have taken one of the wall black and white min-posters from wall and have had a one-of-a-kind autograph) Three of The Monkees (did take sign off wall and have it autographed) George Takei & Walter Koenig (got to ask each of them a non Star Trek question) during talk in college Eddie Paskey (Lt. Leslie from Star Trek) - met him at airport (for those who do not know he was in more episodes than George Takei & Walter Koenig) John Valby (John Valby) Number of players, etc from camp, etc. most I will not list but: Scott Norwood - regular at Jimmy's Old Town Tavern Charlie Taylor, Redskin HoF WR - regular at Jimmy's Old Town Tavern
  6. Hopefully this will be enough to get Moorman to push a little more in offseason, increasing strength, working with specialist, etc, for there are only so many jobs in NFL. If he got cut I'd guess he'd be signed quickly if not before season starts during season when someone is fading or injured but why would he want that change?
  7. The locker room will not split with a one year QB especially since many players came up in system with Fritz. On the other hand fans will split on any thread no matter how thin and media will find imaginary threads enough to weave an entire uniform if it will generate controversy sales.
  8. Every player does not deserve MAXIMUM contract - that is why it is called the MAXIMUM amount. Some have turned it around to say that the players were shortchanged because they did not get maximum amount.
  9. Because coach does not do what poster thinks and poster thinks if he/she just had a chance poster could be top coach in NFL. Either that or they play fantasy/Madden too much.
  10. Agree completely on Goddell's purpose on this - he is trying to limit as much damage as possible in this case targeting the leaders and prevent an avalanche of lawsuits by players targeted by defenses. We are talking about racketeering here.
  11. Best way to get seats is to have a friend who is season ticket holder and have them buy them for you when season ticket holders can by extra tickets.
  12. I do not think VY is as clueless under pressure as Rob Johnson was so it will not be.
  13. I got a different concern - one year contract. That is fine for a WR or a RB or LB but not a backup QB IMO. A backup QB who replaces a backup QB with 2 years left on contract is odd thing. If he bears out Thigpen we need a new backup next year. If he does good he has most of the negotiating power, if he is bad Bills still need to get a backup integrated into the team. I'd rather have seen a multi-year contract with a large 2nd year option. Bills would have a little more upside IMO. I have no problem with giving him a chance but hope there is clause in there if he has some sort of commotion on sideline or at practice.
  14. Missed Moorman who was a star hurdler.
  15. The Tumbler and the Bat-Pod, two of the formidable, tech-driven vehicles that Batman uses in the upcoming film The Dark Knight Rises are embarking on a multi-stop tour of North America. http://www.dccomics.com/blog/2012/05/11/the-tumbler-and-bat-pod-are-hitting-the-road
  16. Yeah like Wilson, Jackson, Kyle Williams & Stevie Johnson. They came fully developed or we did not renew their contracts.
  17. And will get WORSE with new NFLPA imposed rules limiting contact during season. You do not need to go full speed but you need contact practices to improve your game.
  18. There is your performance problem, active directory. Get rid of it and it is fixed. Of course so are some government contracts which require open standards but only those who use Microsoft solution can win.
  19. And yes pictures included http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/lookout/reporter-stripper-files-complaint-against-newspaper-discriminatory-firing-171320879.html I wonder if they would fire someone else at paper with side job
  20. Our 5 would be Williams, Kelsey, KW, Dareus, Anderson using the two new DEs to cap what the starting line was supposed to be last year. Our 3 would be... Williams and Gillmore and another CB probably McGee (2+1=3). Talent will be left on the bench - problem would be is there enough DL to rotate in to keep them fresh. Wilson being on the bench is the biggest weakness, he was a real play maker last year.
  21. I am talking about 5 DL (I'd guess they would put KW as center), 2 LBs, 3 CBs and a safety? Remember reading about it a couple of years ago bur Bills never had the horsepower. Teams would probably try to match it with 5 WRs and try to get between the DL and LBs but there would be a lot of pressure on OL and QB especially without a RB to pick up a blocker.
  22. Happy Birthday. Isn't it risky to put your birthday out on the net? I lie so much on sites that REQUIRE birthday that I think some time some company will insist that the actual birthday I put on a form is wrong one from all of the data that they collected.
  23. You also need to be worried about cash especially $100 bills. $100 bills are most counterfeited bills and one way they are changing them for real bills is buying items which can later be sold. Some of the phony bills are so good they can fool banks SOME of the time meaning banks sometimes accept them, give them as change and then when you use or even deposit later in same bank they are called counterfeited.
  24. it can not protect them against bankruptcy lawsuits and that is what will happen to many of these rainy days funds - swallowed by lawyer fees, bankruptcy courts and ex-mistresses and wifes.
  25. Adding to it how Florence and other players who have been let go have talked about Bills - no bad blood, no talking about learning it on new, etc.
