Not real confident on special teams this year especially with new coach. If he had been hired by Chan last year head coach would have been lambasted by media and fans but because he is a sort-of fresh college coach he doesn't. Guess rating will drop significantly.

Not a Rhodes scholar and have not played one on TV. Shep was not a bust. Perhaps misused or did not skill for scheme he was required to play but not a bust. It appears that he was going to compete in training camp. Either they kept him thinking he was useful, even if just for depth or special teams, or they saw his combination of skills/contract would be appealing to another team to trade picks/player for. I'd be interested in when the talks started.

Byrd has had up and down years with year 2 being prime example what happens when he is not in camp to learn a new system. You can call it a sophomore letdown but I just call it slow at pickup. At some point of season if he holds out past preseason it will a detriment for him to play.

Duke Williams will be competing for 3rd and 4th CB slots. He was in safety slot because they needed him there in college.

Gailey's Bills were built on making space near line of scrimmage and quick throws so not to allow pressure on offense line. I can not see our offense line being able to hold out long enough for deep throws and it will allow QB to be hit a lot. I can not see Crystal Chandler's heir apparent to be able to last very long in the offense allowing Manuel to learn on the bench. It really confuses me that they did not sign any linemen after losing two of their starting guards.

Bills have not traded for KC #1 pick to get absolutely first choice at QB yet, which is only thing important in the draft? Is Ralph too cheap or has buddy fallen asleep? Or have we heard one two many times by same posters repeatedly during off season that QB is all that which is important and their one track minds have become noise in the background.

Yeah that was one of the positive things from Bills' Superbowl appearance - Don Beebe's recognition which really helped his House of Speed after he retired.
