Lets Get Chris Henry, Pacman Jones, and Chad Johnson
BillsWatch replied to kota's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Except the contract he signed. If his word is not worth it in Cinci why will it be so in Buffalo? Bills fans and press are a lot more critical than Bengals fans. -
He'd have lasted longer if he had not been so tough. Seems like he'd still be very valuable as a QB for a playoff-bound team which had a experienced starter but if the starter went out long term they were out of luck. I think he might unretire if a team lost such a QB late in season.

Truth, Justice, and the American Way...

True conversation with my daughter: Her: Daddy why is that lady in the Lexus parking in Handicapped spot? She does not have handicapped plates or hanger? Me: Mentally handicapped people do not know they need to hang up their permit. Hopefully a kind officer will remind them in small words in court. Conversation was in earshot of Lexus driver. -

Schopp & Bulldog fanning the flames

If Miami is 1-10 (I am assuming they will have beat someone) they game would probably not sell out anyways. The last few Miami games I have been at late in season have been under attended. Probably be a lot less arrests too than if a different game was scheduled. What the idiots on WGR ought to be do is organizing hunger strikes. They could use a lot less fat headed announcers and listeners. -
PLAYING IN TORONTO REALLY STINKS!

I have some sensitivity that we have some idiot fans and a lot of them listen to WGR who would have better fans if they spent more money and got some decent regular personnel. Next question. -
Offical 2008 Bills Schedule Thread
BillsWatch replied to RayFinkle's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think Fish game in Toronto is NFL trying to help Bills. Many Fish players will have trouble going to Canada due to prior felonies and many will have trouble returning afterwards like Law in Ft. Erie. -
Wow. No opponent has a bye week before they play us!

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2008/writ...olympics/2.html Erik of Buffalo makes such a moving, impassioned pitch for Ralph Wilson's enshrinement for the Hall of Fame that, 1) he would be my EM of the W in any other week, and 2) I'm really going to seriously consider Wilson when his name comes up. Among Wilson's strengths pointed out by said Erik was never having moved his team, lending money to a budding franchise and calling the turn correctly on the new Collective Bargaining Agreement. Add to that, the fact that he's a good guy who never once has cursed me out for misquoting him or taking a statement out of context, nor has summoned up a biting remark about my sloppy, unprofessional appearance. Yep, we could do well to consider Ralph before it's too late. It just might mean I do not understand that the italicized section is sarcasm for a past offense.

Team GMs who trust each other will talk before their turns about trades; if the team GMs do not trust each other then nothing will be said until turn comes up. Result more trades between GMs which trust each other and less between those who don't making more of the same what has occurred previous drafts. More sign and trades are more likely too since there may not be enough time to negotiate fully.

Bill what are you going to do if she becomes a Union Laywer? -
They will give the same amount of time as before to certain players, the one they prepared for, and rest will get one line.,
-
They have never had a problem before. I think they are looking how to give New England two breaks, maybe after putting them on Thursday night football hosting us Monday night 10 days later.

It is so surprising to seem him not in his pimp suit. The Oxygen network must have objected to it. -
Really annoying for those who need to compete for days off with others. It appears to be more and more the league is staging whole schedule release.

http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/wire?sectio...&id=3342212 Miami Dolphins fullback Reagan Mauia was charged with punching another man in the face and knocking him unconscious in a restaurant parking lot early Friday. The victim, Michael Gianatassio, was treated at a hospital and released. Mauia was charged with battery and released on $1,000 bond, the Broward County Sheriff's Office said. According to witnesses, Gianatassio and his girlfriend were walking by when Mauia asked Gianatassio what he was looking at. Gianatassio replied he wasn't looking at anyone, then was punched by the 270-pound Mauia, the sheriff's office said. Do you think rules will change with new head Fish? He was a 6th round draft pick (181st overall selection) by the Dolphins in the 2007 college draft

Why does NFL site state Bills need to draft RB?
BillsWatch replied to BillsWatch's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If a player falls to them according to their draft board like Trent Edwards did I have no issue with Bills drafting another RB but labelling it a need is short sighted.
