If Miami is 1-10 (I am assuming they will have beat someone) they game would probably not sell out anyways. The last few Miami games I have been at late in season have been under attended. If a player falls to them according to their draft board like Trent Edwards did I have no issue with Bills drafting another RB but labelling it a need is short sighted.
