Looks like he hid the rest of his assets and will not have the money to pay prison for upkeep.
He will spend less time in prison than the cumulative time the people he sent spam to spent deleting the spam mail.
Many of the e-mail addresses he used were from real companies forcing companies to weed thru mail and tell replies that the mail did not originate from the company but had forged headers.
