And as a player in the year-round program, you have to notify the NFL if you are going to be in a place where you cannot provide a sample. If you do not notify them, and then you can't get to a place to provide a sample...failed test! Simple as that. No if, ands, or buts. And these fools still want D. Smith to represent them.
