  1. Favorite Player? Fred no question. Best Player? Shady or Kyle.
  2. Great, me and crew will be there prolly closer 9, but certainly no later than 9:30. BTW, never did get to thank you for the great space for the Jags game for my buddy who had to leave early to make his Mom' BDay. He was out in a flash! So Thank you!
  3. Hate to admit it, but I am a sucker for "musical" shows...loved Glee for instance. Been faithfully watching "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" for two years now, which led me into watching Jane the Virgin...which i also enjoy. Love this song/clip from Crazy Ex...you will as well if like old Gene Kelly movies...the double entendre's are fantatstic..especially for broadcast TV. K, let the beatings begin!
  4. I had no idea he was a writer for that show, freaking great, funny show. Going on 40 years now and can't quite remember...but seems to me in Buffalo was back to back with the Gong Show, which I also loved. Wow, who knew? Celebrity Sweepstakes ...maybe that's what started my love of horse racing!
  5. That goal was awesome. Almost choked on my Hershey Nugget screaming and jumping out of my chair! That's a great question..if you or someone who follows not just the NHL but also prospects much closer could lend some insight be greatly appreciated. Seems to me no one is doing much elsewhere on the NHL level, quick glance looked like Zadorov getting consistent TOI with the Avalanche..any insight to his play? But I really have no clue how Armia, Compher, and Lemiuex are progressing...who else am i forgetting? McNabb was a trade in there as well...was that on GMTM watch? Think he is playing well no? Anyway, any insight appreciated.
  6. Have always wondered about that. Booger McFarland talked the other day about cold affected his play being from the south and having gone to school in the south...i think there may be something to this theory. Especially with our offence, cant see a big need to be indoors.
  7. IN!!!!! Can't believe it..i am the biggest sucker in the world...two cars..
  8. Dude...i am willing to bet any size donation to the charity of your choice(well, up to $1k) 65K seasons ain't being sold. To make fair, if over 60K seats sold, i lose, if under 45K seats sold, you lose.
  9. you are nuts, and i mean that in a nice way Aint no way pegs firing a 9-7 coach....even though we all know it should be done
  10. Raising hand emoji... my idjit son has talked me into driving 8 hrs to see this dreck...rooting for the browns like a mofo....need Rex gone!
  11. Too bad she would be very active in the "husband pet peeves" thread
  12. Is that right??? Who are they. I can only remember Blanton and Williams...now Eye-id-eh-Bo. BTW, that dude looked hurt on Sunday...he was just awful tackling, and mentioned to my son he looked like he was playing hurt
  13. forget the contract and option...do you think you can win and go deep into the playoffs with Tyrod? I know I do not. and do not want Tyrod in the way of exhausting every possible option of gettting a real QB here. I know i am on the lunatic fringe, but I would take EJ at this stage over Tyrod. I would love to see what EJ could do with the #1 ranked running game and full-time reps as the starter. I know the 5 minutes in Jacksonville sealed his fate in both the fans and coaches mind...but damn at least he had the mental toughness to come back from that 27-3 deficit and regain the lead ! Contrast that with the mental meltdowns Tyrod has when trailing or facing adversity and its no contest. Soto answer your question...don't care what the alternatives are, but I do know that unless everything falls 100% Tyrod's way in a game..he cant get it done.. Jeremy White talks about t the need to get the "for Buffalo" out of our vocabulary, and he's right. As in "Taylor's not a good QB, but "for Buffalo "he's pretty good" 8-8 Record sucks, but "for Buffalo "they should be happy with that. Rex is not a good coach, but "for Buffalo", they should be happy he went there and wants to stay.
  14. Garrett is a good one..just looked 8-8 3 str8 years to start his tenure...nice memory
  15. Please in dear Gods name 26 tell me we are not playing the Capitals again tonight!!!!
  16. Not the money, its the cap space
  17. I think the better conspiracy theory is ...Tyrod, go in and get good and busted up, you get the $27M and set you and family up for generations...plus guarantees you and me are back next year! I will be the coach, cause Pegs will know he can't find a better alternative willing to take on a team committed to you as the #1 QB option...which will happen once your guarantee kicks in with a 4 month injury! And cause i the coach, i will guarantee you the starting job!
  18. In terms of the record,Ii only want to know what the record is when the games count. Rex was 6-8 last year, 6-7 this year...for a 12-15 record when the games count. Maybe I can go to 13-15 if I include the Jets game last year... and this is not a rebuilding team building on wins for momentum for next year, or a team where you can see a young nucleus starting to form like the Raiders last year..this is a veteran team that was built to win this year..and failed miserably , and failed against any team that fought back.
  19. Be just like the Pats to pay McDaniiel $10M under the table to go somewhere and screw it all up for that team
  20. hows that working out in Jacksonville? How that work for the Jets under Rex? How that work out for Herm Edwards at KC or the Jets? Stay with the same systems when you have a winning record...absolutely. But stay with it when it all appears to be heading backwards from Day 1? And lets face it, the two best games this team has played under Rex were game 1 and 3 of his tenure.
  21. He is actually way more honest and open to criticising than Murph..who I never listen to. I usually listen first hour of GR on my run before lunch time, will look for this segment now and listen.
  22. Yep! And the proponents of "continuity" never bring up Denver or Tampa winning the Super Bowl year after firing coaches either...and firing coaches with outstanding records. But the Bills should stay with a sub-standard coach...who has a non-winning record 6 years straight. Bad hire, just admit it and move on.
  23. you can always get great seats..anywhere, at any stadium..just depends what you want to pay for them. In Buffalo, outside the opener and the Pats, that is not a lot more then face...and in the last 16 years greats seats for the last 2-3 games sell plenty below face. If you did an accounting the last ten years and are more than $500 in the hole every year...as i am...way better to just but individual seats on the secondary to the games you actually go to. I feel for you out of town club holders.....those seem like money pits for out of towners
  24. Vermeil was a good one for his stint with the Rams...the Eagles just to far back and really a totally diffeernt era to me. Johnson shows dramatic improvement in the 2nd year..i get that one. Holmgren goes 9-7 first year in Seattle. Marv Levy i don't think works either. I throw out the first year as he replaces good ole Hank mid-season. 7-8 First year with replacements thrown in there 12-4 next year.
