  1. Well, little more complicated than that. The Browns pay him under a contract with clauses and rules that were collectively bargained between the NFLPA and the NFL. So he gets paid by the browns, but covered by the rules of the NFL. Josh Gordon and Calvin Ridley were paid by their respective teams , but the NFL shut them down with suspensions as well.
  2. This process is the result of a “ revaluation “ process of Rodger being judge and executioner. Both parties wanted an outside voice , and I am sure they are incredulous that this outside judge went so light. will see if the NFL “ appeals “‘. Appeal essentially meaning the NFL has the right to throw out the decision and impose their own decision based on the findings of the judge. She agreed the NFL proved their case. Just said precedent on suspensions warranted 6 games.
  3. Using the word “ triggered”. Are you chitin me? Where is there PR head? What an awful to use in this situation. Triggered? Man , I know this guy a hell of a businessman, but holy hell he is troglodyte.
  4. she is batpoop crazy and a stain on our society, but damn she got this one right. And nice cans I may add, which counts for something
  5. Sent an email yesterday to rep, will post when I get an answer. I use a college email address and get ST for $99. Limitation is only one game at a time. But most Sundays I have Bills game on and Redzone on other TV through YouTube TV, or if Bills not playing one game through ST, other whatever the broadcast game is. In other words, the one game limitation has never been an issue for me with two TVs going at same time.
  6. Only thing I can compare YouTube TV tonis Sling as had that for about 6 months. Much prefer YouTube. And if you plan on sharing account , make sure you understand the policies on each. FUBU is way more restrictive for instance than YouTube , but has MSG … just have to figure out which one works the best for your particular needs.
  7. I did...we now have youtube TV. DTV was killing me with equipment fees...that all goes away with streaming TV. Plus, it is perfectly fine to share split the service under their family accounts. What great is each person gets their own online DVR too. So i have the service at our place in DC, our home in Richmond, son has it at college in WV, daughter has it at her home in DC, and my SIL has it in WNY. All of that for $90 a month which includes the sports channels( no msg though if you live in WNY and want Sabres). Get the Sunday ticket for $99 streaming with college email address, and the Sabres on ESPN +. ( NHL.TV was SOOOO much better) All told, prolly saving over $300 a month if ya include the kids. Not an insignificant amount. The DTV model with all that hardware is just a dead model...equivalent to making people have a DVD player to watch a movie...
  8. true on the Ticket price, but I am saving well over $200 a month by ditching DTV ...so it still way better no matter what they charge
  9. Damn, now I have to not go to the first 3 games to make sure I don’t run into you.
  10. You were at one last year dodo.
  11. My guess based on last year's opener is prices will slowly start to creep down early September, and then get their lowest point the Sunday before the home opener for that game. Almost every game follows that same pattern. BTW, don't base anything on a game that -12 wind chill, that was an outlier
  12. Signup here for TBD tailgate..show up for said tailgate in Hammers Lot by say 12 on that Monday...there it is ..the entirety of the tips ya need to tailgate at a Bills Home Opener
  13. ya, dont know about that, but easy enough to see if they are listed at both sites... On Ticketmaster, make sure you are using the map option. Its slow as hell, and I only do it on my desktop...but you can filter tickets by sale direct from club and as well as resale. Then the maps pulls up, if you choose both, resale seats be in red, direct from club Blue...so from there you can see if aisle, cheaper seats two rows back etc. I like to use that for all my away tickets because it gives you a much better picture of the seats and the relative value. I for one like to stand a lot, so if i can see that i can purchase the last row in a section and i can stand all i want to not piss people off, i will do that. Cant really tell that on stubhub. BTW, my first search is always just seats available from the club. For the opener, will not be much different between what the Bills are charging and what the resale is, but there are always tickets available from them depending on where you want to sit
  14. We all ain’t independently wealthy line ole Mr Augie! My sister having a heart attack cause I am telling her to wait, but she buying 4 seats and paying $150 more per seat now starts to approach your dinner bill. I think stubhub does. I know when I sell my aisle seats, that is one of the features I check mark, so I assume that is a filter one can hit when searching for seats as well.
  15. gunna need to wait til Sat-Sunday before game
  16. Just look for the Brad Pitt lookalike( me) ...and you will have it!
  17. 1) Offsets 2) Bonus payout structure Few years back think it was Joey Bosa was holding out as Chargers had a policy of paying out bonus over 3 years, he wanted all of it up front. Spanos does not have near the cash resources of TPEGS
  18. yea, really only 3 things to negotiate 1) Offsets 2) Bonus Payout Structure 3) Void language for any suspension on or off filed My gut says TPEGS has no cash flow issues...no offsets and pay the bonus upfront BBB trusts his staff and obviously his team doing background checks...so no voids Nothing else to talk about really...delaying signature just delays your client getting that cash in the bank
  19. AH...gotta be Ass Hat no? I will be there with my crew, maybe more than normal. Nephew Matty getting married that Friday..he gambled we opened home last year, was taking a shot we would not this year...so chuckleheads like me would not have to make two trips! And the idiot was actually right!
  20. I actually like Detroit. Actually hoping we do not play there Thansgiving as will prolly go any other weekend.
  21. well, loks like i will be cancelling both at 8.03 tonight
  22. you are correct kind sir. Address is actual West Hamburg Street, Baltimore, and yep, no one walking alone in BMORE!!!!!
  23. i usually stay in hotels either downtown or Harbour East... have gone out plenty in Fed Hill and this neighborhood kinda with a block or two from there...but like in DC two blocks can mean two completely neighborhoods
  24. completely , 100% refundable. Waiting till tomorrow and either the prices for the place will go up, or not be available at all. I do the same thing every year for like the last 15 for Super Bowl weekend in Buffalo. Have hotels already booked for Saturday-Wednesday of Super Bowl weekend to be there for Parade. Can cancel till Friday before Super Bowl! And I know BMore fairly well, just have never stayed in this area
  25. They send out like a little box with fridge magnets or some such trinket if i remember correctly.
