  1. I just tried that on my cell phone...fckin hilarious. 1-2-3-4-5...damn i'm gonna start using that.
  2. Fair enough...I just figured that song had pushed it's way onto every genre radio station in existence. It's everywhere. Also (not being a wise ass) but for someone who doesn't listen to rap stations, how did you know about Ma$e and G-Unit?
  3. I love rap, but apparently none of you have radios because the very worst lyrical "song" was just released about a month ago: MIMS - This is why I'm hot This is why I'm hot (hot) This is why I'm hot (hot) This is why This is why This is why I'm hot (hot) This is why I'm hot (hot) This is why I'm hot (hot) This is why This is why This is why I'm hot (hot) I'm hot cause I'm fly You ain't cause you not This is why This is why This is why I'm hot (hot)
  4. I think it is hardly a stretch to say that the team is in worse shape for the start of 2007 RIGHT NOW, then we were the day the season ended. We lost talent, leadership and production at key areas. I'm as optimistic as anybody I know, but I can't honestly say that it is entirely possible that we take a step back before we go forward. This team is being built for long term success. We have plenty of the blocks in place already. Purging the veterans and malcontents was a necessary move for the longevity of our success. I think this team will take a serious hit next year, and frankly, making the playoffs take a serious push. But just because the team as a whole may be "worse" after free agency, that does not mean we didn't make good moves. I'm looking for a another solid draft and the continued development of our young guns.
  5. Yeah you have to save all three to put on the "Xs." You have the right idea....the top one is a B word.
  6. Sht...if I have Jimbo in my corner then I'm not concerned....I'll take him over that goofy wrestler. Throw in Eddie Griffin, and I'm a lock.
  7. Yatil was a disaster, but I'm in the camp that injuries don't make a bust. The most talented player in the world can get hurt and ruin his career. A bust is someone who just can't play, IMO.
  8. Yeah, I don't think he was trying very hard. The ball popped right out...if he gave a sht, he would have caught it.
  9. I always liked Beebe, I just never got the sense that he was trying hard. Hate on Willis all you want, but he never quit in meaningless situations like Beebe.
  10. Umm...instead of drinking like men, we play drinking board games? You know how I know you're gay?
  11. I wasted enough time hating Timberlake when he was just a goofy boy band member tagging Britney Spears. But I'm over it...dude makes good music. As for the Guinness, you are right....it means my man card is irrevocable.
  12. Do you have any idea who he is....at all?
  13. So much for being allegedly being unhappy with the trade to Denver. Money talks
  14. Hey, I escaped the Dean's wrath for over 5 years....I guess I was due. And you'll be back...
  15. I've never seen him in concert (and probably won't), but JT is legit. His album is on point and the longer he sticks with Timbo, the more good music those two will create.
  16. How about "Three Point Five?" Although I do like Nall's Balls...
  17. I don't watch him as much as the Penn State fans here do, but I saw him a fair amount in 2005 and was very impressed. No way to downplay what he did that season. I thought Hawk was a little better, but Poz was an amazing LB. Admittedly, I only saw him once in 2006 and that was during the ND game. He looked very average. He ways always moving around, but it seemed other LBs were making the plays. Maybe ND was keying on him, but I kept waiting for him to make a big play. There was one occasion where a big run went right by him...I can't remember if the FB took him out or if Darius just shook him, but I remember thinking this is not the same Poz as last year. I don't know...I've also never seen Willis play, but I would think that he is more the athlete that we would want for our defense.
  18. John Avery...Dolphins 1st round RB in '98. Dude played one season with them before being traded to Denver where he got 5 carries the next season. Then gone. You rarely see a 1st round pick remain with his team for only one season, and then be out of the league within two. And the reason I take so much pleasure in this is because I can remember hearing Dolphins' fans tell me (in all seriousness) that his training camp performances were so good that he was being compared to a young BARRY SANDERS. :nana: I can't say that without laughing. For those who say Leaf, I have to disagree. He is my LEAST favorite bust of all-time. Think for a second that his career will always be mentioned among the biggest disappointments in sports history. And then think about how he managed to have basically one good game as a pro (his first ever) and BEAT us. What an @sshole!
  19. Great synopsis...thanks! I agree that TKO brings a refreshing combination of candor without stupidity. I actually hate fake, programmed responses more than McGahee/TO blunders simply because I'd rather hear a guy say what is on his mind instead of a notecard he memorized from his agent, publicist, etc. But Spikes and several others seem to be able to avoided the canned, BS remarks while not going overboard with "keepin it real." I respect Takeo's answers because they show that things obviously weren't the best for him in Buffalo over the last few seasons, but he has no need to throw in a parting shot. For him to shrug off baited questions and focus on the positives of both situations without sounding fake is the mark of a true professional. We'll miss you TKO* *unless of course you ever say anything remotely disparaging about the city of Buffalo in which case we will get our panties into a huge twist and curse your name forever.
