  1. I understand your frustration...but the Giants haven't drafted an Offensive Lineman OR Defensive Lineman in the First 2 rounds since 2004 (Chris Snee RD2), unless you count Kiwanuka who really is an OLB. It's not the position you draft, it's the player you get. They drafted Osi in Rd 2 in 2003 and Tuck in Rd 3 in 2005 and got two probowlers. We drafted McCargo and Kelsay in the same time-frame and got one loser and one borderline starter.
  2. Interesting ending to the Denver/NO game. I'd love to see that series go 7...things were getting a little heated for a minute. And where did you Magic fans go? I kid....I'm loving the start, but I think a win tomorrow might be necessary to win this series for my Sixers. I don't like having to win another in Orlando. Those treys have to start falling soon...
  3. "It's the most wonderful time of the year...." I love this place!
  4. Finally, this thread will get interesting.
  5. You gotta expect some ribbing when you SHOUT SOMETHING INCORRECT!! Save your breath for hollering at our Irish this fall...
  6. It would make my year if New England missed the clock and we skipped both their picks. A guy can dream...
  7. Agreed....Seattle just swapped a 37 for a top 20 (max).
  8. Ever since the Pats grabbed Logan Mankins the first round a few years ago, I've quit laughing at their "who??" picks. That "who??" will probably take an Edwards toss to the house next year...
  9. No doubt...they were probably skewed some. But he did catch 100 of the 300 total receptions on the team. But I'm not arguing with you at all actually. The question is, would you rather have Boldin or Evans? --(for the same price)-- Ironically, I think both players would actually do better in opposite situations. I think Boldin is more complete and would put up stronger #1 numbers with no help (I'm not including this TO rental year) and I think Evans would thrive as a better compliment to Fitz. I think I'd take Boldin...but by a hair. I'm really excited to see what Evans can do with TO taking a lot of heat away.
  10. Your point is taken...but lets not forget 2003, Boldin's rookie year. 103 catches 1377 yds 8 TDs. No Fitz, No Warner, No Edge.... In fact, he had the dynamic duo of Jeff Blake and Josh McCown throwing to him and the tremendous help of Freddie Jones, Bryant Johnson and Bryan Gilmore to take pressure off him. Oh and Marcel Shipp carrying the ball. Boldin is the truth.
  11. Woah...I found someone who puts my devotion to shame: Ink
  12. "Well sir, we were going to this bingo parlor at the YMCA, well one thing led to another, and the instructions got all fouled up..."
  13. First, to those who say it ain't hot...I gotta disagree. Promo, Matty, Pooj....they've all said it better than I can. I don't think it's a 10 out of 10, but I challenge anyone to take a dime-sized squirt of this stuff straight up and say they don't feel any hotness. There are several different flavors besides the original (with the green cap). Perhaps you've tried one of the other ones. Or perhaps you have tongues of asbestos and stomachs of iron. Nice! Another convert to the Church of the Thai Rooster. I'm glad you liked it! I'll echo Poojer in that I've yet to really find a food that it doesn't improve. It's excellent for day-old pizza. I feel like sometimes when you reheat old pizza, it completely loses its flavor. A little Sriracha magic does the trick. Man all those times I bit my tongue have paid off! I kid...I appreciate that, Cincy...I hope you enjoy it!
  14. I was gonna say the same thing...that dude on the bike was dirty. That ride up the tree flip thing was ridiculous. Badass knockout too!
  15. Now we're getting somewhere....Pooj, Fan in Chicago and the, the, the Doc are disciples of the mighty Rooster bottle. Who else? Don't be shy now! Edit - Pooj...didn't realize you had made a thread talking this stuff up a few months ago. Didn't mean to jump your grave here!
  16. I don't know anything about the military's training techniques, so taking this guy at his word, he makes some interesting points. But "Barak"?? Really? Misspelling your addressee's first name in the header of your letter is not a good start. And I'm not trying to be a smart ass.
  17. My senses get piqued when my beloved hot sauce is attacked. C'maaann...no other worshipers at the Temple of Tuong Ot Sriracha?
  18. Your parents live in Newark? Damn, son...holler at me next time you come through.
  19. People Who's Taste I Respect Beerball Bullpen I kid....and no, that wasn't me. While I think it might be good, I know better than to suggest to a group of Buffalo people that you make your wings with Asian hot sauce (or anyting besides Frank's and butter for that matter...but that's a whole different conversation).
  20. I refuse to answer your question until you retract your first blasphemous sentence.
  21. I like how he blamed having multiple coaches for why he was an unmotivated, lazy, soft excuse for a professional. That being said, if he is willing to work for free to help pay back the money he stole, I'd give him a shot.
