I work as a RN in the ER psych ward here in Hawaii. I don't know the laws in Texas. A serious suicide attempt would usually get you 72 hr observation. it was probably a accidental OD (having pain, kept taking more because it wasn't working). Another thought.... it's silly to try and diagnose someone using the internet (web MD etc). Diagnosis based on symptoms alone is a very dangerous thing!

My whole point in this post was to show that Cin. rallied around Palmers mistakes and picked up some of the slack and the Bills did not. D let the jets score in the final 4 min. special team was weak (except for the on-side kick). penalties!!! Willis had great running but pass blocking was terrible both last week and this week.

I wouldn't say his mistakes cost the team the game. Again, he wasn't the one who whiffed on the block. He was asked to do more than manage the game and came up a little short. But I totally agree with rest of the post.

Only one turn over resulted in a score for the jets. The D was not good enough to create their own turnovers or stop the Jets at the end of the game.

That's funny I remember being down by only one score and the D let the jets score with under 4 minutes left. What do you want from JP? Him to walk on water?

I think TD got some of the right groceries but our cooks (coaches) couldn't put the main course together. DJ and staff have put the players in a situation to excel.

Reed was trying to redeem himself from the series before. he gave up on a block and the DB caught WM from behind when it looked like WM was going to break one. You could see Reed angry with himself after the play. so I think he got a little over zealous on that play. It was pass interference. You cannot block on the D backfield until the ball is caught (or tipped)

here's a thought! Maybe he is in on this with the bills. The bills get to sign another healthy safety, TV gets to heal up. after he is healed he re-signs with the bills. I remember Steve Tasker doing something like this. Where he was release only to re-sign with the Bills. Can't remember all the circumstances around it but it was done just to benefit the team.

I think part of the problem is the high turn over of players on the two teams. they really don't know each other. compaired to the kelly/marino days. Or the famous stomping on the flutie flakes. what we need is an old fashion high scoring shoot out with some sort of controversy. That will get these to teams back on track!

I don't get the feeling that the Bills are all hyped for this game. Seems so much is on the Troy-IR thing and TKO missing practice. Not much talked about the hated Fins and how they came back to win last year all the history with Marv etc. Where's the hype? Is it just me? The fans seem ready for the Rival but the Bills don't.

I was watching espn I think and they were praising Saban up and down for his wise decision on getting DC in the game. "this will help get DC back up to playing speed" they said. funny how if another coach was to do this they would have burned him at the stake for risking the health of their QB in a meaningless preseason game.

I've also learned that the Bills 1965 throwback jerseys will be making a comeback this season. They'll be worn in two games and I know that one of them will be the HOME opener. I know a lot of you were wondering about that so you've been officially updated. If I hear what the other game is I'll let you know.
