  1. Yeah, Drew played horrible again, but nobody else on offense did anything either. McGahee looked like he was running in slow motion. Mould and Evans both dropped passes. Moulds inexplicable jumped out of bounds catching the ball on fourth down. The O-Line didn't do much in either the running or passing game. It was just a total offensive meltdown...
  2. J.P. - 5 plays, 2 turnovers. He hit that Patriot right in the numbers. Was there a Bill anywhere near him?
  3. I actually thought Drew looked better today. He had a lot more zip on his throws and didn't look as tentative. Didn't anyone see him step up in the pocket and then run for ten yards??? (stupid refs). Of course we'll see how he stands up next week against the Baltimore D. I'll save any real praise until after that game...
  4. The D may not have been at its best all day today (check Morris's stats), but the simple fact is they made the plays when it mattered most. That has what has been sorely lacking so far this season. Look back at the Jacksonville game and they played fantastic the whole game... until the last drive where they gave up the game winning score. I'll take the less than stellar performance and the W anyday. I know it was only Miami, but we need something to build on...
  5. I can think of two plays from the Pats game that show the difference between a winner and a loser. The Pats had a 1st and 35 after taking 3 consecutive penalties. So what do they do? Bomb it downfield for 45 yards and get the first down. The Bills later in the game had a 3rd and 26 after taking 3 consecutive penalties. They run a draw play for 2 yards. I know, I know they were different situations, but the Bills are just a team lacking in confidence, which translates into the mistake laden football we've been subject to...
  6. At this point I'll take the W any way we can get it...
  7. I'll rip 'em... For the fourth game in a row they toy with us... taking the game down to last minute... just to not get the job done. I guess what's so frustrating is you can't blame it on one guy. Everyone is making mistakes. Whether it's hitting guys in the back with the ball because they didn't make the same read, offensive lineman whiffing on their blocks, giving up greater than 50% conversions on 3rd down (again!?!?). The boys just aren't getting it done. We come out with the game on the line to drive for the winning field goal and what happens?? Sack, same as always. I'm not sure what else to say, except something fundamental has to change with this team.
  8. No, but neither did the rest of the team when it counted most. Maybe if Henry handn't fallen down of his own accord we wouldn't be talking about the fumble. Drew has his issues, but he got absolutely no time today. How many times was Harrison going to come up the middle unblocked before someone did something about it? I thought is was encouraging to see them complete some deep balls. Must better than against the Raiders... Among all the negativity, I think they'll start winning some games if they can eliminate the stupid mental errors. Killer penalties. Miscommunication between QB and WR. Dropped balls. Are they a playoff team? No... but they're better than they're 0-3 record shows. Also, for those Shane Matthews fans out there... there's a reason he was playing golf a couple of months ago. You give Bledsoe the time to throw that Brady got from his line... and nobody would be bitching about him today...
