Thats fine if you feel that way, but if he calls Donahoe out publicly, you have no right to deny Donahoe the right to fire back. You can feel it was aimed at you if you want, ut you're wrong- you didnt directly attack him like that jerk did. And let me add this- for the most part, the people on here who don't like him, let their feelings be known with a bit more class than that guy did, and the people on WGR

I'm not calling him the next Andre Reed, but he has been decent this season, and a lot more reliable in the past. I don't want him as a starter, but he has proven valuable this season

Its one thing to do your job normally, but doing more than that when all the people you rely on aren't, is much tougher to do.

I think you are confusing blunt with accuracy. If they were both, it would be a completely different story.

Think what you want- this is not even a defense of Donahoe, but just a fact in what they do over there, what they did before Donahoe got here, and what they will do if allowed long after he is gone

For all of us that doubted Josh Reed (myself included), we were wrong. The fact that he was still playing as hard as he was at the end yesterday shows a great deal of mental toughness. He's had his ups and downs, but thats what I want to see- I hope he finishes his career here

I know WGR 55 has used their typical spin to convince people that Donahoe has called them jerks- this is a fabrication, a lie, and pretty typical of what they do there. Donahoe was asked to resign by a fan, and he told the guy to call the other station if he wants to act like a jerk. I would have been much more vocal than that if a guy told me he wanted me unemployed. Stop believing everything these losers say on the radio. They are not reporters or journalists in the least. They basically selectively pick facts, then use the message you want to hear to sway you into being negative about just about anything. Negativity=ratings. The job Donahoe has done is not the issue here- the fact that these guys basically like to program their listeners is.

What you are forgetting, is that those teams(St. LOuis, Baltimore, Tampa, etc...) used free agency to supplement a team that drafted in the top 5 for a few years first.

Sorry, but I can't agree- I see that as being nothing other than vindictive. Who would be interim GM or coach? Why would they want to be a lame duck for a few games- as that is usually what happens. Keep things as is, and then decide in the offseason. Knee jerk reactions are usually the wrong ones.

Joey Harrington is an interesting topic- I think he is stuck on a bad team. There is no way of being sure that Lossman will turn into a great QB. But, you can't judge a QB after a season or 2- there are just so many factors in playing the position at the NFL level....it takes time, and it would be crazy to give up on him now- he actually has shown quite a bit at times already- and has improved quicker than I had expected (I was thinking about 5 years at first)

In some cases, like what happened in Detroit, it is counterproductive, but completely legal. I understand you want to express your displeasure, but they do have the right to prevent you from wearing it- the 1st Ammendment guarantees that the government wilkl not abridge free speech, etc...... Will preventing that shirt from entering accomplish their goals? Thats anyone's guess.

Well, he doesn't have the team that ROthlisberger had as a rookie....it takes time, which nobody wants to hear, but its not Lossman's fault we havent been to the playoffs in awhile

I won't even get into how we played. A bunch of idiot fans were just randomly screaming and cursing before the game- must have been at least 25 in chronological age, but probably about 13 in maturity level. They did that all through the anthem, making an absolute disgrace of themselves, and embarrassing all the good fans there. Theyt kept randomly screaming obscenities, and only occasionally did their obscenities have anything remotely to do with the game. Before they finally got booted, they constantly picked fights with fans of other teams. Thankfully these morons were removed.

Fans feel they have to take sides- I laugh at that. I just sit back, and enjoy a football game.....put Ren and Stimpy out there in uniforms, for all I care!!! FOOTBALL!!
