Kubiak is an uinteresting name that hasn't come up in years- his offenses are always very good, and the running game is always strong- look at how Plummer has turned his career around. I'd add Chan Gailey to that list- remember in Pittsburgh's Superbowl year, they struggled to run the ball, and he changed to a 5 WR set w/Neil O'Donnell at QB, and they dominated. Thats leadership

You should be thanking MR. WILSON every day that there is even a football team in Buffalo. He could have made much more money elsewhere, and could have a much nicer stadium elsewhere, but remains loyal to Buffalo. There are few owners of his caliber in sports. By the way- he was not wrong for firing Polian- despite the fact that it has hurt the team. When a GM cant answer the owner's questions without snapping, that is just disrespectful.
